Cannot recommend this Healthy Spot enough! We have exclusively been bringing our five year old pitbull rescue for grooming services to Reagan monthly for the last year, and can confirm that she is the best. Our dog is not the easiest to handle but you would never know based on her demeanor with Reagan. She always left with a beautiful makeover but more importantly she seemed truly happy. We recently moved out of state and still are missing Reagan. 10/10, best in town, Changa misses you Reagan! And she misses the rest of the Healthy Spot squad who always greeted us cheerfully when we came in for broths, treats, and more.

Worst customer service out of any HealthySpot in Hollywood. Hair cuts are over priced for small dogs and staff just stays behind the counter.

Everyone at this Healthy Spot location is amazing, but this review is especially for Esme, who bathes our sweetheart Buddy every 2 weeks. We've never had a long haired dog before, and he needs a lot of TLC! Esme noticed his dry, flaky skin and immediately had a solution - her oils have made a fantastic difference in his skin, especially during these cold winter months! I appreciate all of Esme's advice about how to manage his coat at home, too, between appointments. It's really wonderful to see how much Buddy trusts Esme, as you can see in this video. Esme is the best - and we're so lucky to have her caring for our handsome man. Anyone would be lucky to have such a thoughtful and kind person taking care of their fur baby!!!!

Deni is the best groomer in Los Angeles. I always ask for her, even if I have to wait a month, and it's so worth it. My Scottish terrier and Norwich terrier look like show dogs when she's done with them. And they always smell so good!

This is the Healthy Spot I enjoy shopping at the most due to Alex's helpful and incredibly friendly personality. He is very patient and informed about all pet needs and will always go above and beyond for Healthy Spot customers. The supply and quality of food is fantastic here but the customer support is what makes it truly an excellent experience for all pet parents. A+ for this location.

Such a good staff and they loveliest items. Nice treats and toys, plus HIGH QUALITY food. They even turned me on to a wonderful trainer. Phenomenal customer service - EVERY TIME.

Honest kitchen brand made my dogs sick, throwing up, bloody stool, they wouldn’t refund my money.Been taking my dogs here for teeth cleaning was never told anything about one of my dogs needing a deep clean. It’s now to the point where I have to spend $3000 at a vet for cleaning, and extractions. Very frustrated that whoever was cleaning the teeth didn’t notice, mention or suggest going somewhere else where they actually clean the dogs teeth.Don’t waste your time and money coming here.

We love shopping at this location. Alex and the staff are always so friendly, patient and helpful. We have never had a bad experience. We love the monthly sales, discounted sale prices on selected items and the point system. I highly suggest visiting this location. Great team.

The gentleman that helped us make our appointment was very nice and helpful, and after we informed him that our pup wasn't the biggest fan of getting his nails done and may require a muzzle for the comfort of the staff, he ensured us that their staff was equipped to deal with all behaviors. On the day of our appointment I reminded them of the same, and unfortunately the guy (different from who we spoke to the day prior) who took our pup from us and performed the nail trimming was very pompous and was talking down to us. We watched the whole time as our pups nails were getting done and he was being a very good boy. The staff had put a cone on him and had multiple leashes holding him down as well as two people restraining him. He wasn't going anywhere. Yet when he was brought out to us we were informed that he let out a growl when they got to his back left paw and so they stopped. They had already successfully done every other paw. I found this to be incredibly frustrating because he clearly was unable to do any harm to any of the staff and our dog is not aggressive, a small growl does not mean anything more than that. Me choosing to inform the staff that my pup does not like his nails done was me trying to be polite so that they could use proper restraints so that they would feel comfortable, not because my dog is actually aggressive in any way. But this staff member chose to interpret what I was saying incorrectly and treated my dog as if he was mean when he is not. I did not like the energy or attitude of the staff member who we were interacting with today. I only wish I had gotten his name. I wish we had gotten to continue our whole experience with the first gentleman who had helped us!

The grooming service itself is great but I would recommend you confirming the fees before the session. We booked it online for one price and was charged another that’s more (even though it had been the same price for all the visits made before). It seems they change their policy as they go and doesn’t communicate it fairly. We had no choice but to pay the more expensive fees they asked for, but will not be coming back.

The only time our dog Nichy doesn't have separation anxiety is when we take him to Healthy Spot. His tail wags and we know he'll be fine for a few hours. He's a Westie but we get him different styles of cuts once in awhile, and Deni nails it. We were thrilled with the results and Nichy seemed to be as well. They're busy (for a good reason), so book in advance.
