The woman that owns this business might just be the nicest woman I have ever met. She wanted me to try their fresh salads and allowed me to pick one. WOW, might just be the very best salad over ever had. Love love this place!!!!

My business partner and I went to this store (Health Korea) tonight in the Ala Moana Center in Honolulu to look at their massage chairs they have for sale. I cannot imagine this place will stay open for long. They recently just opened, which is why we wanted to check it out because we have one chair that we got from CostCo, and have wanted to get a new one to put in our office at our business. Of course when you pay roughly $5k for something you want to test it out. There is a woman there, Korean with black hair that is cut like a bob. I have never met a person in sales more rude than this woman. After trying out what I thought might be a chair I would be interested in, which a male sales rep asked me if I would like to try it, she comes over after 5 minutes to tell me it's price and how much it would be in payments, I said, "Thank you, I wouldn't be financing it if I were to buy it, but thank you for letting me know the price." I'm trying to test this chair out to see if it is what I am looking for and she comes back about 5-10 minutes later and shuts the chair off and says, "ONE CYCLE! YOU ONLY TRY FOR ONE CYCLE!" very hatefully. I said, "The cycle is not over with..." and before I can finish my sentence she interjects and changes it to "15 MINUTES, YOU ONLY TRY FOR 15 MINUTES." Whatever, I am done at that point. I got up and left. I called the store to get her name b/c if I was running a business with an employee that acted that way I would want to know about it, plus I would want to know that they just lost a potential customer. I asked for the lady's name that I just spoke to with dark black hair in a bob cut and middle age. There were two women that worked there so I didn't know if it was that lady that I was speaking to or the other lady. She then got very quit then said, "Suuuuuuuuue." I replied, "Sue?" then she replied "ME," (very loudly) and hung up the phone. Really? Your name is "Sue Me?" Nice way of adding some racism to your nasty attitude.

Q. what do strawberries and SNAILS have in common? A. they both blend up nicely in a smoothie! Snail Smoothie, anyone? BOMB SHELTER. that's what i think when i look in the HEALTH KOREA store. if you're in the neighborhood during an 8.2, why not? it's like a modern day LOGAN'S RUN, only you can eat more than PLANKTON. "Billions and billions" of them, heheh. except it's "Cases upon cases" of twist-cap mylar juice packets. they don't even need furniture here! like 60 packets to a case, there are only a few ounces each of purportedly natural extracts in their purest form. extracts of what? you ask. here's some examples: FIBER GINGER CORNUS FRUIT ONION APPLE Raspberry HOVERIA DULCIS POMEGRANATE LAND SNAIL hey don't knock it till you try it. you'll never hear me knock SNAIL JUICE because i will never try it, lol. was that knocking it? and not that i have any idear WTH HOVERIA DULCIS is, but they have convinced me i would benefit greatly from it... whatever it does. about $150 for a case of 60 2.8-oz Blueberry Juice packets, they've also got nutrients in other forms, such as bars and pills. Snail Pills, anyone? also for purchasing: inversion equipment Panasonic leg massagers sleeping aids and the like service was fairly friendly and helpful for a Korean store, even with a slight language barrier. tho, this Snail Juice culture's just a little too rich for my blood. happy Yelping and here's to tasting life! :)
