Had a delivery at 6 am receiving shows up whenever they want to heard from another truck driver delivering here. Says open at 6 am online on Monday’s called them at 6:26 am they answered the phone and said they don’t open till 7 am. Going to be extremely late to my other contractors warehouse delivery thanks to this one! Unprofessional

My dad was just there today, and the cashier lady was so rude , she raised her voice when he asked for someone to help him load a door he had just bought. He suffers from back issues and for her to be rude with an attitude UNACCEPTABLE! she has no whatsoever customer service skills. And to be speaking like that to customers that is really unprofessional. Hope this dosnt happen to someone else. Really disappointed. I did not get a name but this is the receipt and the time we were there.

Terrible. They had me pay in advance for a custom size skylight then called me a week later saying they under charged me by over $500.00. I ended up going to another roofing supply warehouse that sold me the exact brand and skylight for almost $200.00 less. Clearly a scam join

Well there are many stores but I am sure that if something is missing that is not in other stores I will find it here. This person does not want to change the entire bathroom extractor fan and it is quite old. This store does have it. And after looking for it in several places.

Great Prices. I plan on buying cabinets for my condo here. They have countertops too. Remember this isn't Home Depot, its for Tradespeople. If you are buying building supplies, go with someone who knows what they are doing. I wouldn't expect anyone to hold your hand, or give advice. Perhaps that's why they get poor reviews; folks are complaining about Customer Service.

I bought a water heater today and a pop off valve. A good price so even loaded it in the back of my pick up and tied it down for me. I'm 72 years old this was a blessing to me.

One of the worse customer service stores ever. Workers will never offer to help. The employees are usually in groups at the front of the store just talking laughing. Workers never offer to help any customer when loading heavy material. They get paid to come relax.

The staff at this location do not want to help at all, they obviously have zero training in customer service. Although, its easy to blame the staff there are clearly no expectations set for them. The one staff member on the floor was actively avoiding us as customers and the group in the front barely looked up when we approached the desk. This has been our experience twice. We will not be returning.
