My husband and I brought my expensive silk pants at this place for a little alterations and look what he did! He told me to get a new one and he’ll pay for it, and when we showed him the pants that I want to buy he said it’s too expensive, what did he expect? He can buy a $20 silk pants from a good brand?! I only showed him the $275 worth and my pants worth is more than that! And he even removed the name of the brand of my silk pants! I should’ve read the reviews first before bringing my stuff to him. Clearly he’s too old enough to run this kind of business. And HE’S NOT TRUE TO HIS WORDS!!! I advise everyone not to bring your expensive clothes at this place he’ll gonna RUIN EVERYTHING or better NOT COME to this place!!!!

I go to this place for my tailoring. Paul is very skilled and does great repairs and alterations, and even from-scratch pieces. And the prices are reasonable. I have been going for here for years.

Ruined a brand new pair of black jeans which are now faded with streaks. Dry cleaned a shirt that was supposed to be laundered and now it's discolored. The owner was more concerned about payment than the damage caused. I paid but will never use this place again.

I have been using Harvey Cleaners for over 15 years and always very happy as they pick up and deliver twice a week! Always satisfied with the quality of their work. I have custom shirts made and one accidently was spotted a few years back which they quickly recognized it and gave me a credit towards my future cleanings. I also use them for alterations and very happy with all the work that is performed. Keep up the great work.

I never write a bad review but if you like you clothes, DO NOT take them here. They punched a stapler into my silk top and when I showed the owner the two holes, he started yelling at me and said it was there before. I had to literally take out the pin and show him how it fits it. And when I told him he ruined my top he actually told me HE DOESN'T CARE. at one point he said he will fix it and he was taking my top out of my hand forcefully because I was checking for other damages. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES HERE. He is rude and they damage your clothes.

I’ve been here twice and the owner is typically unfriendly / unbothered. This time, I brought in a silk top I just purchased last week for dry cleaning; apparently there was an accident and my top came out with a bunch of black ink stains. At first he didn’t offer any solution. When I asked if he could try to get the stains out, he said no, and that he didn’t even want to try. I got him to reimburse me for what I paid for the top but unfortunately because it was vintage I can’t buy another one; if I were to find another one brand new it would be 3x the price! He had a rude attitude when I asked if I could keep the top to try to get the stains out myself because I can’t replace it. Also, still got charged for the dry cleaning of the top. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Harvey Cleaners is my go to! I've had several pants altered here and they always do an amazing job. Great prices with quality work. I've had a positive experience every time I've come here and on top of that, the owners are also the kindest people ever. Thank you Harvey Cleaners!

When I first dropped off my clothes the energy was off. Workers seemed unbothered. Ended up with a hole in one of my expensive t-shirts. When I pointed it out to the worker he laughed and offered no help. Completely unprofessional and overpriced. Will not be going back.

aside from the inexpensive service and great service, this cleaners is always willing to work with any troubles you're dealing with. I bought a jacket in M because it was the only size this retail had and it fit like an XL so i brought it here to get it fixed and it fits like a glove now. Thank you so much for being super consistent with your work!

I took three pairs of Pants that cost around $450 retail to get cleaned. These pants are brand new, not bought more than a month ago; never been cleaned and not worn as much. Thinking these people would take care of them but found out the hard way that I was wrong. The husband and wife pair messed up the pants, completely distressed them. The color was washed off and the quality was compromised. Took it to them and they completely did not taken accountability for destroying the cloths. Said it was the manufactures fault, not theirs. If this happens to you please contact The board of fabric care and get the cloths inspected so you can take wack business owners like these people into court. I will be taking action for incompetence, loss of my hard earn money and destroyed cloths that I cannot wear again. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE TO GET YOUR CLOTHS CLEANED IF THEY ARE EXPENSIVE PIECES. The chemicals and whatever else they use destroy cloths. BE AWARE!

Took two leather jackets for cleaning, both came back with rips/holes in them. Pointed out issue and was told there wasn’t any damage. I insisted there was in fact damage and I expected them to fix it at not cost to me. One jacket repair was ok and the other made the situation worse. Wouldn’t offer a refund...will be suing shortly. Take your business elsewhere

I used to take my clothes here for cleaning and had no issue until I had them clean my leather jackets. Called for price and was quoted a number less than what was charged upon arrival. Both jackets were damaged after cleaning and the owner had the gall to tell me they weren't damaged. I insisted he fix them. One repair was acceptable and the other made the damage WORSE. Would not offer a refund so I will be suing. Take your business elsewhere. If he ruined your clothes and won't fix them or lies, document it asue his behind! Do not let him get away with it and report him to consumer affairs. I won my lawsuit last week. If you've been wronged, he may be more receptive to fix things since I've done some damage. Make sure you have your documents in order though. 2 year limit on this situation.
