“They had a close replica of the light bulbs I needed to replace and were quick to respond and ship! I was a little concerned about the packaging but the bulbs were pretty sturdy and everything worked out great.”

“Mmmmmm, my electrician friends, there is a great variety of tools, not to mention the material, the most important thing is really everything, but in this store they have 12/2 250-foot Romex wire at an affordable price. It is $85 dollars plus taxes. I recommend it for us electricians who work. On your own. Economical prices, excellent kindness.”

“Most of their items cost wayyy less than Home Depot and just as good quality. Plus they carry certain products that most big name hardware stores don't carry but are vital when doing repairs. It's my go to spot when I'm working in that area. I would recommend it to tradesman.”

My issue with Eagle Tools, is their markup.
They have products that have been on the shelves for a very long time. They mark them up to current prices on basically on old stuff, therefore creating enormous profits.
Call them on there markups, they can very be expensive.”
“I give this business 5 stars! They didn't initially have the product I was looking for at their site, however it was in another sites location quite some distance from me and I ride public transit....u get the picture.At this juncture Mrs. Eppi Thong could of wished me luck and told me to have a nice day......however that's not what actually took place and I won't go into extreme detail but Mrs. Eppi Thong not only had the product I was looking for transfered to her site location in Santa Fe Springs but it was there in two business days at no out of pocket cost to me, which is a big deal I'm a new small business owner so every dollar counts. It left a high standard of excellent customer service and I only hope to have her skills and abilities in my working with other business owners as I venture out to represent my window cleaning business and the way I hope to deal with several others in the future. Great experience here, I will return in the future soley on my minimul interactions with Mrs. Eppi Thong.”

“I just had the best experience at this store thanks to Edward.I wanted to paint my entire apartment for the first time, but had no idea what was the best store to buy paints. I was trying to choose between Ace Hardware, Home Depot and Lowes, when a friend of mine recommended Dunn Edwards and I'm so glad he did because I couldn't be any happier with the color and sheens I selected. My apartment looks amazing!But none of it would have been possible without the help of Edward, the first person to greet me when I entered the store. Edward was totally kind, friendly, funny and took his time to help me decide on my colors, sheens and quality of paint.I needed to go into the store 3 times so I could pick up various color samples to tape to my cabinets and walls so I could ensure I chose all the right colors before actually buying my paints. And each time I went, Edward was equally kind, friendly and helpful. My entire experience at the store was always fun and relaxing thanks to Edward.And now after two weeks of sanding, prepping and painting, seeing my new bright, shiny kitchen cabinets and all my walls freshly painted, I couldn't be any happier with the quality of paint and the colors and sheens.I totally recommend Dunn Edwards quality paint and this West L.A. store in particular.
