There were 5 minutes left before the store closed. I was in as much of a hurry as I could. I had a $45 storkredit. I was picking out all sorts of little junk. I ran to the cashier and said that I would use these five minutes to quickly select everything. For the remaining amount. At that moment, I had $25 worth of things. Employees with a haughty face told me that everything in my hands fits - you can leave, you can't reschedule it for another day either. . I say that I know that it goes into the amount but it's 25, but I want the whole amount of 45.. that is, something else for $ 20. And they started yelling and chasing me away like I was a beggar .Vile workers, I was humiliated.I was actually turned away before the store closed. I still haven't collected the remaining amount of things. That is, 20 dollars were donated to these vile boors without my desire. .It's a very ugly place. And also all the objects there are overrated junk, and it is very difficult to find something of normal quality or even suitable. Burn in hell

Went in for some cookware I was eyeing and Chanel hooked it all the way up! She was very kind, tentative, and made sure I was able to walk out with a set with what they had leftover after the Black Friday/Thanksgiving rush.

Came in on a Sunday and was amazed by the selection of items. Saw immediately cookware that I wanted and was assisted with all my questions and concerns by Renee - super nice and put me on a waitlist for a few items I was looking for. Highly recommend and will be coming back in the future.

I'm working on a bathroom update on the cheap and spent the last month going to as many ReStores as possible in the LA/OC area. Everywhere has great staff, poised to help and work with you on any number if ideas/issues. I am grateful to have so many kind people who work for a business that benefits the community. I plan to leave this review on all the locations I visited because the experience was the same everywehre.

Purchased an item was told by cashier that if it didn’t work I was able to return it with 14 days with receipt and get my refund. Well guess what item didn’t work and was not able to get my cash refund. I was given a gift card.

I brought a truck load of merchandise here in an attempt to donate and was left waiting at the counter for 30 minutes with no information. I could not get anyone to even talk to us about donating. If you plan on donating, prepare to have your time and energy disregarded.
