The Guess store of Batavia Stad in Netherlands is a scamer store ! If you are a tourist never buy from them or do the tax free, I bought from them articles for 300 euros after I already asked if they do the tax free and they said yes, she did the the tax free and gave me the receipt but when I tried to get my reimbursement at the airport, the tax free agent told me that the tax free transaction was cancelled by the store !! I have been sending them emails since 3 months or more but they are ignoring me even though I sent them all the receipts and photos of the bought articles !!! Very bad experience with this store I don't recommend it at all be careful !

We reached store at Rockaway Mall in NJ that closes at 8pm on a weekday. On Tue 3/28 The doors were closed at 7:45pm. We requested the lady if we can just make the return. She told us registers are closed. Despite making request that we have travelled far with baby to make return she was rude and said we cannot help.

I ordered eyeglasses from my Optical center and after the charges were totalled at over $1000.00. I received them in April of 2022 and now by August 2022 the hinges are all loose to the point of breaking off the hinges. Bad quality for the amount paid. What a rip off for my insurance company. Guess has the worst customer service I have ever experienced...they give you coupons that you can't use on anything you want of interest and when you complain about it no one listens. Please don't waste your money with this company. The outlet in Denver is so unprofessional and one employee says use can use the coupon then it's expired but they give you the coupons...they lost a sale of over $200 because they are horrible at customer care and customer service

Went to guess store to buy a giftcard for my daughter when my turn came I was at the counter and the clerk kept telling me I’ll be with you in a minute, as I was standing there waiting she kept helping other people and totally ignoring me, that was so rude and humiliating. Next she finally gets a giftcard for me and I pay for it. When I walked out the store I noticed that the giftcard I purchased was a used giftcard that was dirty and pin was already scratched off so I brought it back asked for manager they refused to give me my money back so who in their right mind would give a person a used dirty giftcard for Christmas. I will contact Corporate office to my money back and make a complaint. This whole situation was disgusting and unprofessional.

I'm not going to tell you what I think of this store in the Outlet Mall at Texas City. You'll have to guess. A pretty quiet store that has tumbleweeds blowing across it, that has some pretty good Guess stuff and Guess jeans, which are pretty sexy by the way if you didn't know that already. Barbi likes coming in here, and we both love the seductive advertising at any given time, which we attached pix of. Customer service here is nice, sometimes really great. Probably a little bit too expensive (from paying all those hot models maybe) considering the fact it's a discount outlet, but still a good store in a pretty great mall that usually is our fave shopping destination. But the people at the store were actually pretty cool as always. Didn't buy anything this time but Barbi always does.

Do not buy products from this seller. If you are unlucky that the package will be destroyed by the courier and will not reach you, please ask them to return your money. She keeps postponing the investigation. When it comes to taking your money from your account, I do it immediately, but when you have to give it back, it postpones it for various reasons. Even if I spend more than I ordered, I will contact a lawyer to sue them for fraud and theft.

The quality of their closing is not worth the high price tags . I have purchased few pieces for my son from Woodburn outlets. Gosh after 2-3 washes ...we’re good to only dress in the house with . Will never WASTE our money on guess clothing

We shop online for the last 6 years, & shop sometimes in the Guess stores. My favorite clothing store for my Son. I have ALWAYS been very satisfied w/ everything we’ve ever bought. The clothes fit true to size, & they last for a long time. He still has clothes from years ago, & they still look great. They offer a lot of great sales as well. Guess Rocks!!

I shopped at the Alpine location on 8/23/20. The worse service. No one ask if u need help. I went to counter to make my purchase stood in line for about 10 minutes. There's three employees standing behind counter one of them is a manager. One of them spoke in Spanish" saying next. I put my purchase on counter n she told me I wasnt next in line it was the man that's standing behind her that was next. I told her I was next in line. She rudely and very arrogant said I was standing in the wrong line and she insisted on me getting back in the right line even when I was first refusing to wait on me and spoke "Spanish again" to the mexican man telling him to come and make his purchase. Well it was me and another lady standing in the same place for 10 mins and all three employees one which is a manager couldnt inform us we were in the wrong line instead of making us stand in wrong line n tell us please line is there. I said there is no arrow or tape or anything on the floor to show where to stand and I've been shopping at this store since it's been open and I'm here at least twice a mnth and this is where customers wait in line always. She rudely points at sign saying where the line is. Told her the sign is in the middle of the store and far from anyone to see and blends in with everything else and why didnt they tell me and other lady we're in the wrong line when standing right in front of them for ten minutes. The lady standing with me in line said what sign cant see that sign look where u have it and color blends in with the wall, that's exactly what I said. Even the Hispanic man told her I was there first and to take me first and she rudely refused to take me first and manager didnt say a peep, she said I was standing in the wrong line and she waited on the Hispanic man. Can you say shes being discriminatory!!! I dont get it why they speak in Spanish to the customers when they say next or can I help? We're in the United states, speak English. All their employees are mexican. They dont hire anyone else and if they do they dont last. She made me go back and wait in line again another 5 mins. When I finally made my purchase after waiting in line again, I told the manager n employees that they should of said something to me and other customer that we were in the wrong line when they had been looking at us the entire time, why didnt they??? Or to put tape on the floor as every other business does now, I was totally ignored not one peep out of them not even the manager. Cashier 342584 treated me very very rude while manager is observing the sale transaction and I felt very uncomfortable and disrespected. All three of them including managers behavior was very discriminative against me and other non Hispanic customer! And the employee that rang up my purchase never said thank you at end of sale. I find this to be a very discriminatory place of business. They only hire Mexicans and speak Spanish to non speaking Spanish customers and they only give great service to their Hispanic customers only! I'm appalled at this behavior and discrimination! We're in the United states they should speak English when addressing us. We're not all mexicans or speak spanish just cuz we're in Cailfornia which happens to be in the United states. The store in san sydro one exit from the mexican boarder is even worse. The employees their speak no English and announce over the loud speaker everything in Spanish. One time they announced their closing in 15 mins which I didnt understand. I couldn't make my purchase cuz were closing and they said they announced it. Well let's see, they announced it in Spanish which I dont understand and I dont care how close we are to the Mexican boarder we're still in the USA so stop being discriminatory and only hiring Hispanics at least teach them English so their able to communicate with the American people being that this is the USA and speaking English is a must and not b
