Very lazy customer service. Lady on the phone sounds like she doesn´t even want to help you. It´s very sad because I´m very interested in their products but I don´t get a hold on an actual sales rep, just a lazy and annoyed customer service lady.I don´t get any replies to my emails, ever. Even after trying 4-5 times across a month.I´m very eager to get in touch with a sales rep or a person who actually know something about their products. Then, I can change my review.

Terrible customer service. Terrible sales reps. Their distribution and shipment center is extreme disorganized and any questions or inquiries are met with aggressive response from staff David, Martina, and sales rep Bob Klein. I can't tell you how much time and energy I have wasted due to shipping incorrect shipments, late shipments, and delayed shipping that was not communicated clearly to myself as a customer. Do not order from Gruppo!
