Honestly the worse haircut of my life, would never recommend, especially for 27 bucks and the roughness of the stylist when she was cutting my hair. But the worst part is this pain and redness from the trimmer jabbing into the back of my head during the haircut. The photo is from the next morning.
The only upside is that the haircut only took around 15 minutes.

Not sure if this location changed the ownership or what happened ? They used to have 2 professional hair cut ladies. Today we visited Susan ( not sure if I spelled her name right ) and was a very patient and friendly hair stylist.

I came to blend my hair, and I really didn't like how she cut it. I was honest and said I liked it better before the cut. She said " it's better you're just dramatic." I left before my hair got any worse. I asked for her name and she said Mickey Mouse. Why is this location open? How unprofessional can you be at this age?

If you're hitting up this Great Clips location make sure to ask for Carolina. I told her exactly what I wanted and showed her a picture of the style I was looking for. She delivered! She took the time to listen to my request and her attention to detail was impeccable. I walked away with a great haircut. Trust me guys and gals, do yourself a favor and ask for Carolina next time you pop in here.

Great Clips in Eagle Rock is awesome. The stylists are excellent, especially Marisol. They keep all your info on their computer so they know exactly how to cut your hair the next time you come in.
Stylist: Marisol is excellent and cut my hair exactly as I wanted.

This great clips location has a positive atmosphere and they were all helpful with knowing what style cut fit my face frame the best. Marisol and her team keep the salon lively and are all friendly. I can't wait to go back for my next haircut.

please consider investing more money into salons that are better equipped with stylists. I went in for a haircut asking for just basic layering and a small trim. I showed a picture and she said she could do it. But this is what I ended up with. I had the biggest chop at the top of my head just a straight bowl cut, I ended up at a different salon sobbing for someone to please help. My hair was just about my bra line and now it sits maybe to my shoulders. I won’t name names, because ultimately this isn’t to call out anyone. But please, do your research and spend the correct money to get your hair done. It is extremely important. It’s going to take me months and months to grow this out just to get back to where I was. I am devastated. I know hair grows but the confidence that was stripped from me is not something that is grown back easy. Please be aware of where you get your hair done at. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and say I was given a refund. But no refund will give me back my hair.

Ducky gave me a great haircut, but I haven’t been to great clips in a few years and was shocked to see that a men’s haircut is now $27. That’s way too much.

This was my first time going to a Great Clips and I will admit I was a bit apprehensive about trying a strip mall chain salon, but I was desperate and this location was A) near my house B) cheap and C) could take me right away. I mean, it's just hair, it will grow back --how bad could it be? Anyway, I'm sure all Great Clips aren't created equal, and there's a certain "luck of the draw" when it comes to stylists, but I'm very happy to report my experience was great! My stylist Chantel was knowledgeable and friendly and listened patiently to what I wanted. She took her time and gave me one of the best haircuts I've ever gotten! Everything is a la carte, so I just got a cut for $27+tip (no wash or blow dry.) Overall I'm very happy with the service and will definitely go back if I can request Chantel again.

I've been going to this great clips for a few years. It's been affordable and easy. I loved the regular coupons and the punch card for a free haircut, but the cut itself was never great. It was usually rushed, and I would have to ask for additional changes (or wished I had once I got in my car and looked in the the mirror more closely). Now the prices have gone up a few dollars, they no longer offer punch cards and the coupon on your receipt expires within the month. So if the prices and deals are changing, the level of the cut also needs to change/ improve. I got a cut yesterday that was pretty bad, chopped a hole on my bangs "adding texture," took more than than the inch off I requested, didn't even out my side burns (came back in and requested she do so), and didn't clean up my neck turns out. All things I could've been more particular about/ stopped from happening in the seat but hey-- call me too polite. Done with this chain and location.

I just moved from New York and found this Great Clips. It's the closest one to me. I was so blessed today! I met Adriane and got an awesome haircut.
I am very happy with the service and the conversation. I definitely found my new hair stylist and will be back!
