What a lovely place to visit! Honestly, all of the gowns, dresses, and accessories that they displayed in their shop were quite satisfying and worth it. Besides, I greatly loved the dresses that I bought just yesterday. With the help of the staff that was working there also, I left their boutique with a smile. Eventually, their place was perfect and very good to visit when looking for some fashion needs. Till next time!

I'm so glad found this boutique and saw the most beautiful formal dress for me and a gorgeous homecoming dress for my daughter. The ladies who works here are very sweet and accommodating. They were so busy on a Sunday afternoon but we didn't felt ignored at all like other boutiques. Kudos to the ladies! We'll definitely be coming back in the future if we ever need to find dresses for any special occasion.

This place has the best customer service. Judy treated my friends and I with respect and helped us find the best dress. If they don’t have the size of dress your looking for they will order the right to size. All their dresses are well organized and have a variety to choose. Just wanted to say I definitely recommend this place for prom dresses or any other occasion.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. Judy has the WORST customer service skills. The owner needs to realize that they missed out on money because of how RUDE JUDY is! I really hope that’s her name and she didn’t give me a fake one. She is the wide set lady that looks like she hates her job. The store could have made over $700 for bridesmaids dresses but we walked straight how due to lack of customer service!!

Terrible service!!! The owner doesn’t care to check merchandise conditions. As well ordered dresses for specific clients are used by others instead of being in a safe area. CHECK YOUR DRESS BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE! They don’t want to be responsables even if the dress comes in a bad condition.

My daughter came here to find a prom dress. The team here gave her great customer service and worked with her until she found the one. She had gone to Swan and they refused to allow her to try on a dress. At Gracie they are about patience, respect and having their customer leave happy. Thank you for your professional demeanor.
