Good selection but there’s an AWFUL Indian woman behind the counter that’s very rude.. If anyone from Goodwill is reading this, consider some additional training for her, or better yet, put her in a position where she doesn’t interact with human beings.

I like shopping here because they have good brands in this store. The problem is the management, specially the Indian lady who is the one doing the exchanges. She was yelling at me accusing me of switching tags in the items, so I explained to her that I usually shop a lot in other goodwills and I might’ve bring the wrong receipt but she kept accusing me in front of everyone. This was embarrassing and outrageous… it’s my first time having a bad experience like this in a thrift store.
She also was yelling at another lady who didn’t speak English, she was accusing her of leaving items on the floor when it wasn’t her fault.
She threatened the Hispanic lady about not allowing her to come back to the store if she left something misplaced again.
I really hope they put someone else as a manager because at the end of the day, they should be grateful to receive all those donations for free and then making profit out of it. But I also have to say that the guys (men) who work here are very sweet and nice with customers, the problem is the Indian manager.
The prices here are also pretty expensive.

Great place to visit and buy items from shoes, books, Cd's, Clothing, etc. Loved that I found a Psyduck bear there which I donated a while back and I think it came back to me. :)

Love shopping here. Awesome items that were donated and are still in great quality. The employees are very friendly/helpful. :) Always go there and end up with a whole lot of items I would never thought I can have or find. :)

For a second-hand store where people donate things, the prices in this store are very high...I've been to other goodwill stores and the prices are more reasonable.

It used to be fun to shop at this store but lately the prices have increased so drastically. $7.99 for burnt candle? That’s the price of a new one at TJMaxx or Ross. Sweater with holes for $16.99? All these items are donated and should be sold at an affordable price. I still catch a good deal occasionally but most of the time leave empty handed.

Some of the items weren’t priced which is always irritating and they weren’t taking donations because inventory was too hogh, overall I walked away with some items.

Lots of nice clothes to choose from manager nice I would like my 20 % coupon when I come back in I couldn’t wait for everyone to get out of line to fix my things but I’m sure the manager would be happy to honor my coupon when I come back in

The store is very clean and well organized. There are a lot of cool items and brand clothes you could find at this location. Very impressive that clothes are hanged neatly on the racks. Staff are friendly and warm welcome.
