I would not recommend this location. I've been going there once a week for over 2 years and in the last 12 months it is no longer like it used to be. The manager "Jackie" is rude to employees in front of customers. The items donated spend 3-4 months on the floor unable to sell because of the condition of the items and the high prices, higher than if you bought new. When approached a cashier she advised to contact corporate as "Jackie" will not listen to them. There is also a tall thin dark skinned woman that works there and was calling a new male employee "fat head". The male employee seemed to have a disability and I felt so bad for him. I never saw him again. This was a year ago. Also, a younger dark skinned female employee that goes and smokes in front of the store was asking this tall thin lady (2 weeks ago) for an "air fryer in a green box" that was in the back and she wishes she hid in the back because it's not there anymore and she really wanted it. The tall lady didn't reply to her just shrug her shoulder. The store under "Jackie's" rule is always dirty and messy and no new donated merchandise. I have photos to prove these items were there for moths unsold. Shoes with broken soles, dirty clothes hanging and more. Corporate needs to send a secret shopper and observe the behavior going on here. Will not go back.

This is a 5 star Goodwill store. It is very well organized, with a great variety of items, uncluttered, clean, with friendly and helpful staff.

Worst management I've ever witnessed. They need to find new employees and a new manager for this location or the store is going to fail. Unbelievable

The lady up front was very rude and threw a fit after I asked about a item not having a price. She gave me a attitude and continued to say that there was no one there to give her a price I said its fine and she scanned a random tag to give the item a price and I said I didn't want the item. She went as far as to smack the counter and got mad and kept rolling her eyes at me after I asked politely. She even threw the item and I laughed nervously thinking she was just playing around and being dramatic. I didn't say anything back and just payed for my stuff and left but I dont ever plan on coming back after that horrible costumer service.

What is going on with Goodwill?? Dresses for $150? A sweater for $70?? The store is crammed with merchandise falling off hangers because,,,, well, I’m guess their pricing isn’t set up for selling quantity…. What’s more, you’d think with these kinds of prices they could afford to staff their store better. I wanted to buy a tee and just couldn’t bear standing in that line for another 20 minutes with one person at the register.

This thrift store has been an absolute treasure trove for me! I've come across countless fantastic discoveries, from one-of-a-kind vases to brand-new designer dresses still sporting their tags. It has become one of my regular go-to spots for thrift shopping.

Way over priced, and underwhelming selection. I get you can only sell what you receive, but this location isn’t it. Better luck at one of their outlet stores searching through bins.

horrible employees especially this black lady that was working at 12pm as cashier unnecessary attitude. Racist to hispanics acts like we don’t understand english.

This location treats the customers horribly. I always try to be extra friendly with those working because i know retail is hard, but I've seen the employees yell at old ladies and even laugh at a man that tripped. The woman working today was especially rude, to the point I don't feel comfortable coming in anymore. Also, it smells terrible, like burning trash.

Not a fan of this location. Only takes one or two snobby employees to kill it for the rest. Plus, the prices are crazy higher than any other locations. It's too funny. Some things still have original store prices and are lower than what they have it. Would go down the street to the next Goodwill if I were you.

So .... I typically have little to nothing bad to say about the Goodwill stores i frequent because , well .. That's why I frequent them ...because I have no problem shopping there ....but this little satellite store deserves a bit of highlighting for what theyre pulling (so if you work at the Goodwill headquarters or main office and are reading this , hang on tight ....)So the store has a good selection of items and the staff is friendly ....and even delightful, I'd say. I went on a Thursday and when i got to the register and announced that I had an exchange , the manager who started helping me told me two things: 1) that with the credit that I was to get for the items i was taking back to them ..that I could NOT purchase color of the week tagged items that were on sale for $1.99....that in essence i had to pay for those separately with cash or credit/debit. Her justification was that it was because then we would get "double discount." ???? what ?! How do you figure that , Ms . Visiting Manager ma'am? She then went on to explain it further and it not only made less sense, but im embarrassed to reiterate what she said and waste your time reading it.AND 2) THAT I was limited to the amt of exchanges I could process . more specifically , that there was a dollar amt limit when it came to what i was exchanging. This is when I asked what that dollar amt limit was and she replied "I think its 35 dollars." I retorted with "why?" And she , verbatim, said "its because this is not my store."I stopped asking questions because i was full ---im talking no room for dessert !---on the BS I had been fed up until that point . CLEARLY this female extraordinaire depends on the nourishment of transparent lies that only work with banking on the fact that youre not a customer who knows the COMPANY WIDE policy. So just imagine what happens when one's exchange consists of a pair of shoes I purchased at another store for $30 and a sweater for $15. It was like a cartoon you dont let your kids watch ; one that I participated in only for entertainment purposes ...to see how far the visiting manager human soul will go once its mounted and strapped onto its mule and has her credibility riding on it .I didnt catch her name ....but she just might be visiting your neighborhood Goodwill ...her and her managerial skills. Feel free to place quotation marks wherever you'd like. And enjoy.

If I could leave no stars I would. I was doing an exchange and the store Manager Marcia black lady with a West Indian accent has a terrible attitude and horrible customer service. She approached the register on the phone and just dumped my thongs out on the counter without even speaking to me. I was ok with it until she began my return on another register. And I asked a simple question. Are we going to do the exchange on this register or the next? She went off on me! Never have I experienced this type of behavior at a goodwill. She was arguing with me about customer service! I work in retail and never will I argue with a customer!

Rude workers with short tempers it should be called Badwill. My wife was ill and needed to use the ladies room so she asked to do so. The m.o.d. said NO and walked away from her without an explanination. We were buying some items and thought we would go somewhere else after the managers rude behavior. Thanks for nothing
