I was at this Goodwill this morning. I got my item went to the register there were two women at the register didn't say anything look at me another woman came she said oh I'll help you over here took my shoes and put them by her register she rang him up. she said oh we don't have any change we just opened the register. They open up at 10:00 I was there about 11:20. I saw three customers before me pay I said okay and I walked out. It's the same rude people are at that thrift shop.

it's a goodwill. But over priced by a lot. I was looking for a used keyboard. wired keyboard for a project. Amazon has them fro $8 bucks brand new. name brand. here at the goodwill I was thinking maybe $4bucks. I didn't mind it being used for the project. They had them at $7.99 used keyboards and wired. the wireless ones are $14.99. uh? seriously over priced clothes were also over priced. your better off going to ross. same price and it's new.

Update: I'm horrible with names (it might be bobby?) but he's awesome. Super friendly and helpful.
Original: I get if you're over capacity and you can't take donations but just be nice about it. Also remember some people are neurodivergent, have learning disabilities or other. So don't just give everybody attitude because they didn't notice the blue sign. Especially if they Park to the side of it and they didn't even walk past it.
Also for people looking to donate but they are over capacity, you can go across the street at the gas station. There's some donation boxes that take clothes, shoes, bags, accessories, and bedding

I will say, this is one of the smaller goodwill locations in Los Angeles BUT you can still find some gems from time to time if you have the patience to look. I always hit up the book section first and the employees there are always so kind and helpful. We chat books and recommendations and I love that about this location.
Some of the prices on things are marked up really high but they come out to be a good deal if you wait for the colored sticker sale or try to scoop it up on Thursdays when it’s $1.99. They had some Michael Kors bags and Dooney and Burke bags that looked to be in nice condition. I’m thinking about going back for those but I’m sure they’ll go pretty quickly.
Parking can be tricky on the weekends but there’s also lots of street parking available. If you’re really into thrifting, it’s worth popping in every now and then to see what goods are available. Just like any other store. It can be a hit or a miss but the hunt is always the most fun

I’ve been here a few times and always able to find something I wanted. It’s previously been some nice ties, some Nike workout tops, some crystal wine glasses. Lots of parking. I like it here!

The worst. The employees in the donation area have a terrible attitude and act as if I'm supposed to know where everything goes. The woman today was unbelievable rude, shouting at me for putting items in the wrong bin. There are no signs telling anyone where to put donations. I was so pissed off I ended up taking my stuff and leaving. I'll probably end up putting everything in the trash and recycling bins from now on because I'm tired of being bullied by Goodwill hires every time I go to drop off donations.

Beware of prices! The same products, new, are less at Amazon, TJ Max, Ross, Wallmart and Dollar stores!

The best Goodwill in LA! So clean, so organized, really great selection and prices! Some LA Goodwills are super expensive and messy, but this one is fantastic!
