I came in an hour after they were supposed to open, but the store was closed. Complete waste of time.

This store was extremely organized. Everything was color coordinated. Some things were a bit pricey. Not much over $10. James made my experience wonderful. The cashiers had a crappy attitude and need to be put out of public’s view. I will be back. There were some gems at this location!

Found a couple of things. For the most part, really no deals. The selection is minimal. Display case did not have anything worthwhile. Small shoe section. Lot of bare space on the shelves. They have a ramp like entryway when you first come in. NO restrooms. The parking lot is small and very tight. Did not see any handicap parking spaces.

This location actually has some pieces. I left with quite a few items.

I went here in hopes of doing and exchange and found some items to do so with. When I went to pay I was told they had been unable to do exchanges for about 3 days. The employees clearly saw my goodwill bag and should of let me know about this.

Goodwill has become a money grab organization, You can’t try the clothes on, you can’t return the items for your money back or credit only exchange which means you have to force yourself to shop to find something to replace the item you truly wanted and to top it off their system is alway down for exchange and don’t forget they ask for a dollar donation during checkout even though the shopping itself should be the donations since everything there was given to them for free.LA County Goodwills are shameless.

The managers and workers have the worst attitudes. I stopped giving to Goodwill for many reasons but I decided to give them another try. They (workers) made my decision permanent. Specifically this location on LaTijera. Never again. I will throw good items in the trash first before I give them anything ever again.

I went to drop off a donation at 9 AM. However, they don't open till 10 AM. There was lots of parking out front and a large empty parking lot in the back. However, you are no longer allowed to make donations by dropping off your stuff 24 hours a day seven days a week. Instead, that's considered dumping Illegally. They had a big sign out back, saying that you are caught on camera and do not dump your stuff there! So, be sure to visit only during open hours, even if you're trying to make a donation.

Would be really helpful if there was signage advising when the drop off portion of the La Tijera site is operational. I called after 11am since the doors weren't open, I was told they open at 11:30am. I come back, it's now 12:23pm and I can't drop off as items are being loaded onto another truck, the driver super nice, let me know they won't 'open' until he's finished loading . Thankfully an employee came out, scolded me for my boxes size though and promptly took it inside. Not sure how to take all of this, as you can see by the image I've shared, I think most would agree I take good care of the items I bring for donation. The truck driver was super gentlemanly! I really appreciate his demeanor!Kat C.: if a business has a need to close there should be some sort of signage alerting any interested party whether it's someone who wants to donate or shop, none exists on the West side of the La Tijera location, NONE.

I’ve come twice to leave donations and each time they are not accepting. Really frustrating when you come during open hours. Will have to take to somewhere more reliable.

This is one of the larger stores and always very well organized kept neat and clean. Parking can be a little tight. In the same shopping strip is also the 99 cent only store.

Horrible customer service by Hispanic staff towards Black Americans. I approached the counter to purchase my items as I was the first in line. The cashier gestured with his hand to put my items on the counter; no greeting or anything, then suddenly he walked away to help another (Hispanic) customer that approached with a question, speaking in English, so language was not the issue... When he returned, there was no apology or anything, he simply rang up the rest of my items. How rude. What I find baffling is, why work in a historically Black neighborhood if you have an issue providing quality service to Black people. SMH.
