Easy to drop off, polite (the 2 people that were working on Friday the 17th Nov '23 at 4pm ish), plenty of parking in the back (alley between 83rd st and 85th st)

The woman that works there is very rude and miserable. She came outside yelling about where I put my things. I never saw such rudeness at a good will. Someone needs to have a talk with her. She was really quite ignorant

Staff who accepts donations there is incredibly rude. I arrived later in the day when they were apparently "filled to capacity" and could no longer accept donations, which is fine and understandable. But the two workers were so rude, I don't want to ever go back there.

Not the rudest person I have ever met, but a close second.

Rudest staff. Been donating things here for the past 5 years and it's always the same two staff members who treat you like shit. They literally act like you pulling up is an inconvenience to them, especially the old white man who has mumbled profanities under his breath at me. Yes, this place is always accepting housewares and clothing donations. But honestly it's never worth it. I ask nothing of the staff and always feel like shit going to that location. Will be reporting to corporate.

It was easy to drop off donations once I figured out to park in the back. You'll need to figure out which bins to drop your stuff in by yourself but they are labeled.

Easy sorting and drop-off. Not sure what the other reviews are about. God forbid you can't throw all your donations in a giant pile.

Two disgruntled black women working there when I went.

Came in with a couple boxes and straight away the lady was super rude about what was in the boxes. Told me I had to open up them up and itemise everything into their selection bins. You’d think the donation and driving there would have been enough. But apparently they want you to work for them too. Ended up taking my donations back and leaving. Will never come here again.

This location is much better than the one in Culver City. They will take your donations.

Staff there are very nice. They always pick up phone calls. They take both functioning and non-functioning electronics in separate bins. Make sure to call before driving there so you know whether they can take all your donation bags that day.

They were very nice, I had no issues donating a ton of boxes of clothes and houseware. Would come again!
