clean, most of the clothing is pretty nice and washed, tends to have nicer items longer than the one in Pasadena

Most on the good stuff is in their website at ridiculous prices,Whatever you find in this store is old, damage, faded, piled, outdated and expensive, regular T-shirts no Brand for $7.99? You can purchase new for same or lower priceNo fitting rooms they had the restrooms closed for a long timeWith the excuse of the pandemic, way to go!I can go on and on but that's pretty much the worst.

Cleanest Goodwill I've been to in a while. Clothes is in the correct racks and correctly organized by size. The mens clothing section is smaller than most goodwills, but seems pretty well stocked. Of the 3 thrift stores I went to that day, the 1 item I bought was from here. Fitting rooms are closed but there are many mirrors around store.

I like this store. It's stocked very well. I was just in there a week ago and there was not very many shoppers, so it's a nice stress-free experience. It was overflowing with denim and the racks were neat and well arranged by size. Rose was a dear and helped me with a price.

Their prices are ridiculously high and most of the items on their shelves should be thrown away. Sad.

Their prices are getting crazy!!! I saw stuff for sale that I could buy on sale brand new for the same price. Lots of clothing with heavy wear or stains for over $10! "Goodwill" is seriously greedy.

Definitely the best Goodwill location I have been to. The place is clean and organized. It has its own parking lot. The variety for plus sizes was very good. They still don't allow access to the dressing rooms since the pandemic but they allow exchanges for items as long as tags are still attached.

The donation guy today was rude as hell. I called beforehand to see if I could drop some stuff off. Despite driving all the way there, I was told I couldn't. Even though the guy took stuff from a girl that came right after me. Get a new job if you hate yours so much.

Disorganized, rude management and staff changes prices, despite the item being tagged for the Thursday $1.99. Management states because the item is supposed to be a jacket and pant set. Yet cannot provide the other item. So management inflates the price to $19.99, because the other item is missing. Despite signage throughout the store indicating $1.99. Do not shop here; this entire organization receives 100% free inventory. And then inflates the pricing on items that are covered in stains and body fluids, to almost retail pricing as if new. I hope they close this type of shady business. The staff is mishandled by people who lack the skills in leadership. The organization then pays the staff not even a living wage. While racking in millions in profits. Utterly disappointed, do not shop here.

Alex, I'm assuming the store manager here, accused me of bringing in new black jeans to pass off as my own, after I was given the incorrect receipt on my last transaction. Worst goodwill in Los Angeles. The other employees were kind and nice but that ***hole ruined the entire shopping experience. Spoke like he had no customer interfacing before in his life.

Yelled at from across store not to try on a piece of clothing over my clothes. Very unpleasant experience and left. Need to add a sign.
