Terrible customer service! This company is a SCAM! I have been trying to contact someone for weeks to update my moving reservation. I finally gave up after a week of no one contacting me back. I have requested multiple times, called almost everyday. No one has gotten back to me. I am being charged for services I did not use. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Stay away. They said you could pay with cash and save $20/hour. But they charge you using your credit card and then do not allow you to pay by cash. The promised a refund, but never followed through. They also change you for items they do not use. Workers are slow.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I made the huge mistake of hiring this moving company. They took my deposit, confirmed my moving date, and then GHOSTED ME. On the scheduled day, they never showed up. No call, no email, nothing. I was left stranded with no help and a looming lease end. Their customer service is a joke—no response, no resolution, just excuses and empty promises. This company is a complete scam. Save yourself the headache and RUN FAR AWAY!

Jose, Miguel, and Eddie were fantastic! Friendly and very efficient! They were polite and careful throughout the entire move. They assured everything was moved gently and safely. I would highly recommend!

Eddie and Evan were great! I can’t speak highly enough of the service they provided, they showed great care for our belongings, worked quickly and diligently, they were literally lifesavers to us today! Again, I can’t say enough great things about them

Your sales rep Anthony would not respond or refund the $50 charge when the moving company did not show up for the scheduled move. I continued to contact them on the mobile number they were using and they would not respond to either phone number. This company is a scam and will take even $50!

Beware of this company!! They charged us extra after the job was done without our authorization! We gave them a call and gave details on what to do, and the quote that we were given was $520 for everything, including moving off furniture and our table, as well the driver. Then, when they finished the job, they told us that the $520 was an estimate, not the final. However, in the start they told us that the final price was $520. That was not the deal!! Then after the job was done, they charged us $186 unauthorized! Then we gave them a call again to deal with this, and they told us lies and they told us that they used extra material and charged us more for that, when they didn’t use anything extra. That is not unacceptable! We have yet to get a refund for this. And the people who were moving the furniture had no experience in what they were doing, they did not correctly place the table in the middle correctly. They also dirtied our walls when moving the furniture. They made the non authorized payment because we gave them our credit cards, do not trust this company!

Good neighbors moving company did an amazing job. The crew was experienced, professional, fast and followed all instructions. And they were also friendly. Their positive attitude made the move more pleasant. I highly recommend them.

They will provide you with a very low quote and do not tell you after 8 hours they will charge 50% more for overtime.
I got a quote for 4 hours and they ended up for 9 hours and left many of my stuff in garage because I did not want to pay more.
Make sure you compare their quote with the same quantity of box to others and not trust just to what they promise

Could not be happier with this amazing team!!!!! Professional, quick, and very careful! This was my very first time using movers in my whole life, and I can’t believe I never did before this! It made life so much easier. They put everything we needed exactly where we wanted it! They were helpful and offered to help with anything else we could think of. I only wish I could have gotten a photo with them all to commemorate a very exciting day in our lives! Thanks to Audrey, Mario, and the rest of the moving team! What a power team!
