One of the most seamless experiences I've had at a pharmacy. Very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I had to call back to get some paperwork done and it was an immediate "yes." Would highly recommend.

The pharmacy wouldn't fill my prescription because my doctor is not based close enough to West Hollywood for them, even though I myself am very close to West Hollywood. Is that for real?

I have a complicated prescription that requires all sorts of actions monthly from blood test to solid communication between doctor and pharmacy. Even my first encounter with Josh and Eddie’s has been terrific. It is so nice to find a community pharmacy and no longer have to rely on long lines and long phone holds at CVS. Our doctor recommended Eddie’s. It is easy to figure out why. Josh is so personable and helpful and called me on Saturday morning to help sort out a time-sensitive order.

I am so happy I learned about Eddie's Pharmacy through an acquaintance. I was able to get my updated COVID vaccine (outside!) by calling the pharmacy ahead of time, giving them my info, and just showing up. Josh came out after I filled out a brief form, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and very kindly and painlessly administered my shot. He advised me to wait for about 15 minutes in the parking lot, which I did before heading back home. This was one of the most seamless, stress free vaccination experiences I've ever had and I am so grateful to Josh and the team of pharmacists who assisted. I would recommend anyone in the area to have their annual shots done here, and am going to look into having my prescriptions transferred over. Thank you Josh!

This pharmacy is the absolute best ! They are always extremely friendly and helpful. I'm concerned about which over the counter drugs to take if I'm sick bc I'm on heart meds , and the pharmacist is always very helpful and patient with all my questions . I've been going to this place for years . Also , everyone at the front desk are so sweet. Best Pharmacy Ever!

Poor service I would not recommend this pharmacy my mom needed an antibiotic and she needed asap but they are supposed to deliver @ 9 this is ridiculous my mom is 82 coughing up a storm

My boyfriend and I came in on a Saturday to get our flu shots and Covid boosters. We were so impressed with the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the selection of dog toys! The staff were very friendly while they processed our new patient paperwork and were extremely knowledgeable about the vaccines - answering our questions and giving us the shots with expert skill resulting in minimal pain. We'll definitely be back here for pharmacy needs in the future!

Eddie's came to the rescue when we couldn't find my dad's blood pressure medicine. I called at least 5 different major pharmacies all over and everyone said it was unavailable and back-ordered. Josh was able to order it for us and was helpful with my dad's insurance situation. A great reminder how a small, locally-owned business goes above and beyond to help, especially with something as serious as necessary medication. Cash price could not be beat! Highly recommended.

Josh and his team are outstanding! They go above and beyond to help and are a pleasure to work with. It's great to see such service in a time when customer service is all but nonexistent.It's really sad to malicious reviews like @Joshua Lim. The exact same negative review is on Yelp with a different name. Don't think that's an accident.

Josh and his team have been amazing to work with since I transitioned from another pharmacy. The team has gone out of their way to assist me and be helpful. It is refreshing to see this level of customer service in this day and age. Disregard the malicious review from @BrianC; there is an exact copy of the "his" on Google under a different name.

Unfortunately, Eddie's Pharmacy's service has gone done dramatically under the new ownership of Josh. I've been getting my prescriptions delivered (for free) for years. I have a lot of prescriptions (two handfuls).However, I was charged a $12 delivery fee for my last delivery. I called to ask and Josh said (through his pharmacist) it was because it was done overnight. I said, I never authorized an overnight delivery and never ever done that before. Josh just said they will not do an overnight delivery next time and will stick to the regular deliveries. This time round, they will NOT reverse the delivery charge.It's a small amount but it was fraudulent and honestly could have just flown past the radar. I cannot support this business anymore.

I picked up some medications for my pup from Eddie's the process couldn't gone smoother. I'm so thankful to the pharmacist, he was so knowledgable about how to admister the medication to my dog as it was my first time. I was so surprised by there dog treat and toy section and picked a few things for my puppy. I'll be returning in a hurry!
