The pharmacy where I bought the maintenance medication for my grandparents was very accommodating. They've also made sure they've arranged all their clients so that everybody can definitely be well accommodated. Nice career! Great job!

Trying to find a caregiver is one of the most incredibly difficult tasks; a stubborn grandmother makes it even harder. USC Pharmacy has made the challenge significantly easy. Not only have they found the perfect caregiver for our family, but they've worked with us when we needed last minute schedule changes. The staff members are so patient and kind, which really helps calm you down when times get stressful. I am so happy my family and I were able to find them!

Best pharmacy I have ever dealt with. They always remember me and are extremely quick at filling prescriptions. They're also very knowledgable. Never filling a script at CVS again

They are one of the few places that go above and beyond. It is instantly clear why this independtly owned pharmacy is better than the chains: They care. They stayed open late because I got stuck in traffic and did so with a smile.I can not reccommend this place enough.

Do not order your medication to this pharmacy. I have done so a number of times, and each time something has failed on their end. The current staff member at the front desk is rude, has provided me false information on multiple occasions, and is not properly trained. Just order to the pharmacy by Engemann and save yourself the trouble.

Don't even waste your time. I thought it would be convenient since its right on campus and I had an awesome experience going through the Keck Medical services. Then my doc asked the fatal question, where should he send the perscriptions and unknowingly thought, why not here since I'm already here. I was thinking they would fill the perscriptions, but when I got there nothing was ready, but said would be 30 min, even though they had them 4 HOURS! So I show up in person and told it would be "30 minutes". Later they said that they don't have one of my meds and would I be able to come back tomorrow. I was going out of town and said no. Then they said they would have an option that they could fill it using lower dosages but more pills. My dosage was 750ml and they only had 250ml, and they were going to give me 3x the amount of pills. I thought it was fine and figured it would be another 5 min. AN HOUR later and coughing up a storm, I decided to see what the heck is taking so long. They only filled one of three and it would be another 30 min. I stormed out, called my doc and transferred the perscriptions to CVS. 30 MIN later I walk into CVS and all perscriptions ready and filled, the only thing is that since USC Pharmacy filled them, insurance wasn't going to cover except one. Thank goodness it was the most expensive one and I was out of pocket about $100. What was interesting was that the one they tried to pull the 250mil x 3 was the one they DID NOT FILL which is the one they said was taking sooo long to fill. And poof at CVS, they had the right dosage, no problems. Which tells me that they couldn't fill it and I would be out with no meds going on a trip the next morning with pnemonia. Thanks USC Pharmacy for nothing and a waste of money. But I shouldn't even have bothered with USC Pharmacy reading all the reviews. They are the same and will probably never change unless they close the place, but then where would all the pre-pharm students get to train and have fun while "working" and abusing patient's time and energy. Take your business elsewhere. There was another patient who had been waiting over 2 hours and they kept saying "30 min". I saw the look of disappointment on her face, so again, just do yourself a favor and skip on this one. You know what? If its going to be that long just tell ME. Then I can decide if its worth continuing at this dumpy pharmacy or just take it to CVS or Rite-Aid. I will probably never pick up the meds and I hope they choke on those pills and have some big issue in their system. I hardly ever write reviews unless they are really SUPER awesome or just STEER CLEAR and AVOID. Too bad there are no 0 stars, because they don't even deserve the one I gave them.

Very unhelpful on the phone. After waiting 25 minutes for a pharmacist to pick up I had to call back. I was merely trying to find out if a medication was in stock and was informed they were not permitted to tell me. I had to have my physician call. Upon arriving and dropping off the physical prescription I was told it would be 1hr wait. I told them 'it does not take 1hr to put 20 pulls in a bottle'. They than decreased the time to 30 minutes Awful service

This review is for specifically for USC Plaza Pharmacy Troy Window. I've been having endless issues with them. First of all, they won't pick up the phone, and when they do, the employees have bad attitude or they are not taking accountability in their work. Second, they work very slow. They never have refills ready in a reasonable time. I called days before or a day ahead, asking for refills, and told them I want to pick up on certain date, which they said would be ready. They are never ready. I would ask for delivery option and they will give any excuse to not deliver. I was told they only deliver weekdays and for free of charge. So far, I have to come pick up the next day instead of getting delivery. Overall, they are not pleasant to work with and I cannot stress how important it is for patients to have their medications on time. I'm better off going to CVS pharmacy in my area.

This is the best pharmacy for customers leery of chain pharmacies with incumbent high prices. The staff are very friendly and they literally go the extra mile with delivery services. They call me to remind me to refill Meds. I can speak to a person when I dial.

Everyone here from the ppl at the front desk to the pharmacist techs to the pharmacists themselves are incredibly friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help you get your medication when you need it. I've been to rite aid, CVS, etc. They all pale in comparison. If you're a USC student, go to the USC pharmacy.
