Unbelievably bad service! I came to see my doctor, she found a blood clot . I was given blood thiners to take by injection. (I never needed to inject myself before) I asked the person at the counter, handing me my medication, how do I take this, I was told to look it up in YouTube.

called in prescription three days ago and it was not filled not first time this happened. ongoing problem .....no explanation given in addition always long lines and terrible customer service giving you the impression they dont care

Unbelievably slow processingEmployees wander around like they don't know (or care) what to do next. Employees "counsel" every customer for every perscription even when the customer says they don't want counseling. The pharmacy employee then reads the drug fact sheet verbatim.Go anywhere else unless you have hours to waste.USC cath lab called in our prescription to the pharmacy and were told it would be ready in an hour. We arrived in an hour and they hadn't even started on it. We've waited an additional 1 1/2 hrs and don't have the 3 prescriptions.It's where prescriptions go to die!

Employees here are careless and stupid. Very slow service and they always charge you a lot extra than they should. Avoid at all costs. Save yourself some headache and do not get your medication here

They don't have signs anywhere letting you know what time they open and what time they start administering vaccines . I show up at 7:30 they don't open till 8:30 and they don't start administering vaccines until 9 am . I'd be fine with all this if they just posted this somewhere so I wasn't wasting time thinking they would open up the same time the rest of the hospital does all because they can't be bothered to post information like when they open etc . Not to mention there is no first come first serve system , it's just sloppy . I'd avoid coming here at all cost if you can .

Wait is so long. Had an appointment but ended up waiting 30 minutes to just check in and another 30 +alpha for the covid shot.

Though the staffs are nice but the wait is very horrible!!! A senior waited almost 3 hours to get his medications still left without his medication. The staff told me to wait for 45 minutes but it turned out 2 hours and no one has called me yet or for any update. I will never come here again. If you don’t want to wait for more than 2 hours, DO NOT send your prescription to this place!!!

I truly love LOVE this Plaza Pharmacy. I have been using them since my transplant on December 2018. Never had an issue with anyone. Except a with a negligent "girl" with attitude by phone. Other than that. Not a single issue! Oscar is GREAT and very professional both by phone AND in person.Keck is too far, so we (my wife and I) opted for their mail-order service. Delivery company is also very prompt and courteous.Wife has a "system" where we order by phone ALL THE TIME. thus alleviating useless human contact in the midst of this Pandemia?May GOD BLESS KECK and ALL their staff for all they do~~~So grateful~~~
