I had a wonderful shopping experience while at the Melrose Place location. I found the shoes I was looking for and the staff just made my experience that much better. I had a fit issue with one shoe and returned a week later and staff was more than accomodating helping me resolve the issue. Exactly the experience expected with a luxury brand!

My golden goose shopping experience was wonderful at this location. Despite the bad reviews below, I can honestly say that TJ was not only a sweetheart but very professional and welcoming. I was returning a pair of shoes, first time purchase and he did everything that he could to educate me about the brand, sizing and varieties. He also went out of his way to call other locations to make sure that they would have the perfect size if I was inclined to go with another option. Thank you TJ. Additionally, they had the in-house sneaker maker artist whose name escapes me right now but he was also very welcoming and both of them turned it into a wonderful shopping experience for me.

Such a cute store. The salesman JT was super helpful and a total doll. You can tell he loves his job and he loves the brand.

One of the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Since I came to the store they didn’t even look at myself, 2 shop assistants were busy with one regular customer. Then somehow I managed to get two pair of shoes to try on, since they brought it to me they didn’t even came and ask - how is it? Do you like it or not? Great shoes, but I won’t buy it at this store, instead I’ll order it online. I won’t buy it at the place where people Don’t Care about them customers. When I was about to leave the store no one even try to say - goodbye. It was on Sunday, September 20 at 1 pm.

The five star review is only because of their amazing sales associate, Josh.I will keep a long story short and simply say they have long way to go in meeting customer expectations. A brand of this caliber should deliver at minimum mid-tier service. I’m buying limited edition shoes not a replica of a million. The service should reflect that - of all the stores I’ve visited with the brand, expectations have only been met 25% of the time. My visit to Melrose place and the service I received by the lovely, Josh, was the only reason I didn’t part ways with the brand.The brand is unique in design, craftsmanship, and character. Please address the service issues in your stores and maintain your brand integrity consistent.

Great location with an even better staff. I’ve shopped GG at department stores before but nothing compares to the experience of visiting a Golden Goose flagship. The girls were attentive and knowledgeable and I LOVE my new slides!!

I haven’t heard the term before “pretty woman’d” but that was the term I heard when one of my friends went there looking for a pair of shoes. Sad because she has been talking about golden goose for a few months now and chose to go to the golden goose store vs other retailers because she thought they would have the widest selection. Poor service for such a nice brand. To management- I’d recommend training your staff better if you want your brick and mortar to be more successful.

Great selection. Not so great salespeople. One of the girls didn’t even look up when we walked in and literally stood there, behind the counter, texting. I expected more from a reputable label and “deluxe brand.” Makes the store look tacky and cheap, honestly. You are a reflection of your salespeople, GGDB.
