Never open in the morning. Don't plan on picking up your dry cleaning before 9 am. They are never actually open. I like this dry cleaner and very nice owners. I just need predictability of being open before 9 am since they are also not open on Sundays for pickup.

Golden Glo is the best! My school had me take items to a particular cleaner for a discount, and I mistook that cleaner for Golden Glo. They took care of me, allowing me to try on pants to see where they should be hemmed and just overall being very courteous and helpful for someone with no dry cleaner experience. Eventually, we realized I was at the wrong dry cleaner, but instead of getting mad, the lady at the front simply said, "My daughter makes the same mistake!" and sent me off with a smile, making sure I had everything (a lot). These are great people who deliver an even better product--definitely try them if you're looking for a dry cleaner/hemmer.

I have been using this cleaners for few years. Not to boast but, I have a lotof designers clothing that I will only feel comfortable giving it to them.They know what they are doing, they never ruined anything for me. Julie and, Kevin the owners are very pleasant to deal with. Please give them a try.

I wish I could give this business 10 stars. I've been using them off and on for about 20 years (some years I didn't live in LA). I am always so happy to return to this great business. For me quality of service matters most...they have gone above and beyond to manage all sorts of things for me...suggesting best options etc, working hard to give me the best result. Its a great place for costumes and ball gowns as well. Most places only know how to charge you the price for a fancy dress but don't understand how to do an excellent job. I find most every cleaner lets you down at some point...this is not the case here, and that is because it is family owned and operated. They truly care about every garment. Access is convenient...just drive in. Lastly they are simply wonderful folks, always helpful and kind, over the years, no matter...they have been great. During the pandemic, i left some items there for far too long, and they called and were lovely about it. I just cannot say enough good things about this business. I wish more were like them. THANK YOU FOR BEING SUCH A GREAT BUSINESS FOR 20+ YEARS.

If I could leave a negative review I would. This dry cleaner not only took the pleats out of a pleated dress, but then would not admit it, return my money, apologize but just said when they steam something whatever happens happens. It seems they can only handle sweat shirts to dry clean. Then, while explaining, he had food in his mouth and was spitting it all over my dress. Disgusting. AVOID at all costs. Terrible. The WORST dry cleaners EVER.

I've had such good luck with this dry cleaners, its owner-operated so they really care about doing a good job. Great pressing, same day service, reasonable and I've even given them gowns which came out perfect every time.
