I ordered a men’s wedding band in person when I was home visiting for Christmas. It was perfect, exactly what we’d been wanting. The ring arrived to my home, which is out of state, and it didn’t fit. They were so kind and attentive about getting us the right size and making it a great experience. Amazing customer service and the ring is now absolutely perfect.

I recently got engaged, and this place is AMAZING. I personally have never left a Yelp review, but this place is one of those rare moments where you have to share your experience in hopes that others will follow. You want your engagement to be smooth and with no problems. My fiance was raving about how this place made him feel comfortable and that Billy and his staff were amazing. There was always an open line of communication with phone calls and texting. Unfortunately, my ring size was on the bigger side, but Billy was super kind, got it in, and resized it right away! I also got my ring back in two days! I highly recommend everyone ring shopping with Global Rings Jewelry as they are kind and willing to work with you and your budget! What can I say? I am super satisfied with my experience, and I will continue to return for any other jewelry pieces!

Billy was absolutely fabulous! He was extremely helpful. Reached out to Global Rings to have my engagement ring resized along with the matching wedding band. He explained the process for resizing platinum bands with diamonds and he instilled a lot of confidence as well. He was very friendly and even took time to show us wedding bands for my fiancé. We found a band for my honey and I'll come back to get it later this year before our wedding. He has a lovely selection of rings and a couple of diamond bracelets caught my honey's eye! If you read this honey, it will be a great wedding gift! I highly recommend Global Rings for anyone looking for some extra special jewelry!

What can I say, we have been going to Billy at Global Rings in LA for over 30 years. You won't get a better ring, ear rings, necklace, etc. or deal anywhere else. If he doesn't have what you want, he will have it made better than the one you saw. Billy is very patient and explains what you want to look for in a stone. We will visiting Bill again here in the near future!!!
