We had a commercial shoot scheduled for the 15th of November. We were sent a CC authorization form as well as told we needed to provide a COI. Once we sent those two things back to them they quickly responded and told us our insurance didn't have enough coverage and we would not be able to rent from them. That part we understood, however 2 days later we received a charge on our card. Upon calling them they told us they charged us a "restocking fee" but we never had anything pulled to be restocked because we didn't make it past the paperwork phase. They are fraudulent and told us they couldn't refund us that was their policy.So you're telling me your policy is to charge customers who don't rent your product. Its shady and we will NEVER do business with them and I suggest you don't either.

HUGE SelectionAWESOME Customer ServiceGREAT LocationThe management and staff here are so helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. They have LOADS of items to rent and the quality is killer. They've expanded their inventory in the last 5 years and they're a powerhouse now! A really fun place to rent from and just to walk around in...AND they always have waters, drinks and snacks! Love it
