Very poor customer service. The lady advised me she was going to open another line even though I was next and let 3 people cut in front of me. She should have not asked me to move if unless she was going to attend to me first. She made it feel personal. They have a great selection but horrible customer service.

Although it was far from home, I started going by referring friends. The low price was good, but there were a lot of good items. I also introduced a lot of people around me.
And I recently bought a lot of airtight containers. I tried to wash it, but the product came out defective.
I thought the factory could do that.
It was far from home, but I tried to change the defective product and buy more, but the staff was very unfriendly, saying they would only change it if I brought a receipt.
Even though it is not a home appliance, the receipt is not kept. Shouldn't we re-educate inflexible and unfriendly employees?
I heard that it is run by a Korean.
It's so unpleasant

I have known this place for years, it is very useful and I even know several girls who work there. I would not like this place to ever close, it is already historic in my life??the only defect is that there is no longer a customer bathroom and they should again put into action.

Perfect place to go when you need practically anything. Service is great. Organization is easily navigatable.
Prices are great. Manager or managers are friendly and helpful.

this place has good stuff and cheap prices BUT ONLY IF YOU ARE ONE OF THEM, i have been going here for 2 years and efrytime they over charge me, they puvtheor own prices whenever they see americans, when i go with my mom they charge her regular, this place is racist and they overcharge but u will find what you are looking for, ide rather go to a 99c store

Bad service from the staff... especially 30 minutes before closing time they lock the doors and they don't care that you have to go around the entire block to leave... terrible service from both cashiers and people who work inside the store

Very bad experience, the staff is very rude to serve you, they serve you as if you were asking for a gift and your money was not worth it personally. I will not go again. There are other places with better service. If I could give it zero stars I would give it to them.
