This one star rating is for their website and face book communication . No email or contact from on their website . No direct message on their FB. Could only contact by phone . Are we in 90's. Come on your guys should be better than this if you want to be global brand . What a shame

The staffs are very friendly. There's a guy who helped me adjust my glasses. He was so helpful and answered all my questions!!
