I have set appointments to speak to an expert and discuss their options. Each meeting, no one shows up for the call. The customer service number is equally unhelpful. I asked for a manager to call me back on several occasions, and I have never once received a call either. You'd think they care about a new sale, so I'm surprised that no one is helpful or willing to give me any details on their products.
It's just extremely disappointing because I've been suffering from so many health issues and was looking forward to getting some help. If they can't even join calls or answer questions by phone, I'm sure I can't trust them or their business practices. It's very disappointing because I've loved Gary Brecka's podcasts and thought I could trust his company.

DO NOT FALL FOR IT! They are targeting young people on social media.
and making sure they order test for their loved ones. it is a quick money making scheme. TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE! My wife was going to order it because our son kept recommending it. I asked her to check out reviews and she found the truth!

Paid $1200 for genetic testing for my husband and myself, MONTHS AGO!! We were looking for helpmanaging his health after a stroke. Should have had a response in 2 weeks. Emailed, NO RESPONSE. Called, spoke to "Julie" she could only say that someone would email me back in 72 hours. No way to escalate. No way to find out what happened, no way to expedite, no supervisors to speak to, no way to get a refund, unless I wait for that email that may come in 72 hours. Another knowledgeable person, using fame to get rich off of people who just want to trust him and his information. Disgusting customer service. Reading all the other reviews, I wish I never got involved with this sorry excuse of a company.

I ordered a product, didn’t get it in a week and I called, they said to allow 2 weeks, 3 weeks went by and I called again, the person said there was a glitch with the page and she’d email me the same day to let me know about the product and she never did. 4 days later I called again and another person said there were backed up and they would email me the tracking number once the product was shipped. I wonder what they will say next. Can’t believe it’s taking a month for only one supplement, something is wrong.

We have been dealing with 10 X genetic testing they’ve messed up our test we’ve had a total of seven cent to get my husband My our results. They refuse today to refund the $599 each plus the $70. My
My daughter paid as a gift for us. Even today when I called they didn’t they couldn’t find me in the system with my name my phone number my email I said that does not surprise me every time we’ve dealt with this company you get it wrong I wanna talk to a management and the girl never would let me through, so publicly is the only way I hope I can hear from management we had Beckh and we were so excited to get the results and start on our programs but your company is not representing you at all and the way you would want

What a scam! The get ur money upfront for testing, you have to pay out of pocket for a physical from ur own doctor and then they never review your blood work with you until 5 months later and 20 emails, 50 calls with no returned calls. The kicker is that after 4 months aof trying to track down my blood work I contacted my credit card for a refund for failure to get the product I paid $599 for, instead of returning my 50+ calls and emails. They send my blood work copy to my credit card company as proof of providing service. Without me ever seeing the bloodwork or getting the professional consult, this blew my mind! When I finally got the blood work consult the blood work is not even current. Then after you have the consult they send you the supplement recommendations but never respond to the request to purchase the products. Some of the products you can’t order off the site or from another supplier. So what is the point of all of this? Don’t waste your time or money. It has been so frustrating and I honestly feel like this process has made me more stressed instead of helping me manage my stress. 0/10

For 2 years I suffered some medical conditions due to getting a severe reaction to the Covid vaccine. After hearing Gary Brecka on a couple social medias and his podcast, I took the plunge on this advertisement, which I never do, and paid for a genetics test. This was my last hope in getting something to manage or help these new medical conditions. Luckily going through the genetics test went smoothly. They gave me great supplements and it had totally changed my health. It had managed my medical conditions so well.
Here’s why they only get 3 stars…. After seeing what had happened with me I wanted to continue with the program by taking the blood test. Their site says complete the form and someone will contact you. Well, completed it at least 4 times. Haven’t heard back from anyone. After speaking with a professional regarding my genetics results he advised he would notify someone to contact me. Have yet to hear from anyone. Adding they take money out bi-monthly to provide me the supplements, that took a month to get them.
It saddens me that I feel I have to be a celebrity or someone wealthy to get the royal treatment like what’s presented on social medias, and work with Gary Brecka in order to get my health back in shape.

Mitzi and Stephanie were great!
They walked my husband and I through the entire process, and gave us grace, as we were 45 min late due to horrendous traffic coming from OC.
Definitely recommend the IV therapy and superhuman protocol; our energy increased, my husband's pain was reduced. :)

Once in contact it’s the doctor and staff. Everything was professional and all questions were answered. The test results were emailed to me during appointment so I could follow along the chart. Pleaded this far.

If I could give zero stars I would. I paid $600 for genetic testing. I get the results and they tell me to take their optimize multi vitamin... lol hilarious.. My current vitamin is higher grade than this but I ordered a bottle to try it out anyway. I get the bottle and use as directed. I didn't reorder because I didn't see the benefit in this program at all. Four months later I check my bank statements and they have charged me over $400 in vitamins and shipped them to an incorrect address. This is not what I was expecting from a place that has spoke persons who are supposed to be highly regarded. This is a total money grab and I would never recommend that you order from them. They have too many gaps in their program and create a poor experience all around.

I had a paid scheduled appointment for a clarity call with Tracy Marlow that I made in order to help me navigate my genetic test. Tracy Marlow at 10x skipped our scheduled appointment. Five days later I got a form letter of apology. I made another scheduled appointment for the same 5 days later and that appointment was also skipped by Tracy Marlow. I tried to call but only got a paid 3d party person to answer. I took the initiative to call Beverly Hills since I am in California and was able to make contact with Mitzi Tejada who helped me the best that she could despite her disclaimers of limited knowledge. Mitzi was terrific! I would highly recommend Mitzi but I would not recommend 10x in general. 10x may be knowledgable about health but have much to learn about respect for people who pay them, take repeated precious time out of their busy schedule, and trust them for their services.
