This Rolex boutique is definitely one of the best watch stores I have ever been to. The staff is friendly and kind. My SA Song is very knowledgeable! She always provides me the professional information regarding to Rolex. Highly appreciated that they have decent inventory for me to see and try watches on my wrist. Because I travel a lot, i can’t visit the store very often. I appreciated that Song always gave me prompt responses.
And thanks to her, I got the best gift to my hubby as his father’s gift this year!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a watch from this store, and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. Especially my sales associate Paris who’s simply incredible. When I was contacted by her regarding a piece I had been looking for I was completely filled with joy. She knew exactly which piece I would love and got me just that! The atmosphere at this store has been very inviting. Paris found me the perfect timepiece and the transaction was just seamless. If you are in the market for a Rolex, this is your place. Ask for Paris, she really took care of me. I requested a “Bluesy” from her and she was able to get one for me within a very reasonable time frame. I highly highly recomment her, she is really professional and courteous. I’ve had an excellent experience with Rolex in Century City. I’ve been working with Paris and she was able to help me get the exact Datejust with dial color, fluted bezel, and jubilee bracelet - I think a popular configuration. She has been commutative, knowledgeable, helpful in navigating the rolex process, and has even spoken with some of my friends and wife. She is working to help me with a Sky-dweller and another DJ configuration for my wife. She has also offered a few other configurations, that I have definitely appreciated. Thanks Paris for making the buying process enjoyable, for being communicative, and helping me secure a popular watch. I’m addition, the remaining staff was kind, my buying experience was very enjoyable, and included a couple “extras” that they threw in to make thing that much more special. I couldn’t be happier with my first rolex experience/purchase. Thanks again!

I always have a lovely and FUN experience visiting this boutique. All of the staff are professional, respectful, and friendly. My salesperson, Paris, is amazing and helped me make my first-ever Rolex purchase. Whatever you think about Rolex supply and availability issues, there is no snobbery at this boutique. Paris makes me feel valued and appreciated and puts in the effort to form a long term relationship with the customer. I have been trying to buy a watch from this location for quite a while now. I had gone in to this specific location back in July of last year and was introduced to Song who became the sales associate for both my wife and I. We had been waiting to be contacted for any availability and we had quite a few pieces on our wishlist; almost none were too hard to come across. I would message Song periodically mentioning that special days are coming up, ie my wife’s birthday, then Christmas, etc and if she could help me with a piece as a gift for my wife. I haven’t had any luck with her it is almost impossible to even get a response from her for the past few months. Finally we were on vacation in Dubai and I was able to purchase a very special piece for my wife.
Once we returned we got tired of being ghosted by Song so we decided to stop by along with our friend whose previous sales associate used to be her. He had cought on to her ignorance and was smart enough to change her to someone else and to our surprise we went in to pick up the gorgeous piece he was offered by his new sales associate. We had a very nice interaction with our friend’s SA, Paris. Such a lovely individual! Made us feel so welcome even though she wasn’t our SA. So right then and there we decided to switch over to Paris because of the great treatment we received from her. That is how an experience should be.

Middle aged lady with brown hair and an Eastern European accent was so incredibly rude and unhelpful. Looked at her phone didn’t pay attention to me when I asked for help and made sure to finish her texts before helping me. No smile or eye contact. I’ve literally had better customer service at McDonalds. Little did she know I would’ve came back and bought a watch if she wasn’t so rude. I usually buy at least 2-3 watches each year for family birthdays and holidays. Regardless of whether or not she thought I would purchase, she should know to treat everyone with basic respect. Will never shop her.

This review is long overdue but I have to say that Paris is the best! She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, and patient. Paris does a great job communicating back-and-forth on your waitlist and she does everything she can to help you. Securing a Rolex has been tough the last few years so patience is the key. Everyone in the boutique is very friendly and helpful. I am very grateful to Rafael on assigning me with Paris on giving me one of the best sales associate on the planet. Steve was fantastic on sizing up our new timepiece for my wife for her 40th birthday. This boutique has a great friendly team that treat their customers with respect that is hard to find in most Rolex boutiques. You have a life long customer with me and I can't wait to continue to build out my collection with them. This is your one-stop Rolex boutique where you will get the best shopping experience!
