Was refused medicine by incompetent staff who claimed I already picked up medicine days earlier. Got insurance on the line who told them they were mistaken, but they were too stubborn to admit they were wrong. Who refuses a sick person their meds out of misplaced pride and inability to admit they made a mistake? On top of that, they don't wear face masks inside.... so much for caring about people's health.

The staff are friendly and transparent. They are there to answer any questions regarding my prescription. It was an easy, smooth and quick pick up. The price is cheaper here than to pick up my prescription at CVS. There is less people which means no line.

I have had the Gateway delivering my meds for at least 6 years.They have been excellent, no complaints. I have a disability that leaves me housebound except for doctor's appointments. Just recently the owner delivered my prescription personally, for an unknown virus, of Tamiflu, after hours because, as you know, it must be taken within 48 hrs of acknowledgment of having the flu. I was surprised to see him to say the least. But upon seeing what was in the bag I understood. They have been very good for me. I don't know of any pharmacy that personally delivers to their clients. The ones I know of deliver only by mail.
