I've been taking my BMW 128i here since I got it in 2013. They've taken care of me for routine service, major repairs, and preventative maintenance - and always reasonable prices. I wouldn't take it anywhere else for the life of the car.

This is my go-to place. Gary is from Scotland and he is a wizard of car maintenance, especially with BMWs and other German cars. Jesse is the one who makes the appointments and he has excellent communication. The prices are reasonable and they do everything possible to get your car ready ontime. I wouldn't take my MB anywhere else.

Went there for a brake job and an oil changes and I couldn't be more satisfied with Gary's service. He went out of his way to resolve a secondary brake issue that popped up and personally ensured that everything was fully fixed. I highly recommend this place and will be using it exclusively going forward!

Once again Gary and his team have come through and kept my 2005 Lexus SUV in safe running condition. It was shaking when I put on the brakes and on the busy 405 that is not a good feeling. The service was fast, in and out in one day. He saved my broken parts and showed them to me when I came to pick up my car. A great experience overall.

Very Impressed with this company. My son attends *** and his car wouldn't start, tried a jump, nothing. We had no idea what the issue could be, it is an old car(1991 Acura), was it serious? I found **** on bbb.org and he had an A+ rating and was a few blocks away. I called twice speaking to **** and ***** and they were busy but said bring it in. We had the car towed over around 11am, my son met **** who my son said was a gentleman, explained the diagnostic process and said he would call with an estimate. Just over an hour later he called with the news and the damage. It was just a seriously dead battery and he would have the car road ready in an hour at a very reasonable price. We had feared the worst, some expensive electrical issue and were so grateful for his news. I appreciate his honesty, integrity and fairness. He will be servicing that car for sure until my son matriculates unless he stays in LA, then maybe even longer! Thanks ****!

This place is truly a gem. I have an old 2005 Toyota 4Runner and it's finally hit the point of needing lots of extra work and care. Gary has gone above and beyond with my car. Him and his team are true experts. Gary takes the time to really break down and explain what's going on and has infinite patience for endless questions. As a female living in LA for over 9 years, who doesn't posses a vast knowledge of cars, I've been to my share of mechanics that lack transparency and attempt to oversell. Gary and his team are the exact opposite. I cannot recommend them enough. Worth every penny.

Honest and fair. Brought my hyundai in for repair and he took care of it quickly. Part of the problem resurfaced and he took care of it as part of his guarantee on his work.

I recently took my car to Gary's Pit Stop in Playa Del Rey, California. Although no one is "happy" to need repairs, I was very pleased with my experience. The Pit Stop is a gem. The service is fast. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The pricing was more than reasonable. If you're in the Westchester/Playa Del Rey area and in need of automotive services, I highly recommend giving Gary's Pit Stop a visit.
