I have liked this brand for a long time but store manager, Sera, really made me fall in LOVE! It was such an amazing shopping experience! I am plus size and knew I wanted to try on things - Sera immediately pulled everything that she thought would work for me, she knew the inventory so well and knew when to size up/down depending on the style of each garment. She gave great feedback and had such a kind energy. I can't wait to shop more with her!! Ganni - please keep stocking your size ranges in store!

Been eyeing a pair of shoes from Ganni for a while but unfortunately they were only available for pick up in this location. I live across the country so there was no way for me to get them!I decided to give this store a call and thankfully, Sera helped me in no time to get them shipped. She was so kind and wanted to make sure I would get them delivered on time! Thank you Downtown LA!!!

Lexi Landolt is the most insightful , kind and honest Stylist ever. If you have the pleasure of shopping at GANNI I highly recommend asking for Lexi. She has a great sense of style and she understands how to take what the customer likes and make it better. She is one of a kind.
