I feel bad for the leaving the rating because the mechanic is was a nice guy, but he did very poor work on my vehicle. I received a tune up from him and he didn't tighten my spark plugs to the correct torque and when I questioned him the next day because I could tell my vehicle lost power, he said he wasn't at fault. I've never in my lifetime dealt with someone who wouldn't recheck their work, but because of this one week later my car starts acting funky and stalls out, bearing in mind i have a newer Honda. I end up taking it to a Bridgestone in which they confirm the tune up wasn't done correctly, I am highly disappointed in the service and the waste of money I had to put on two separate tuneups, I ended up paying 500 dollars total to fix his work and get preventive maintenance done on my car. I wouldn't recommend going to him for a tune up, and maybe he reads the post to help him improve

I want to give it zero stars but I won't be able to rate it and give my review..... so this is what happened to me a week ago . My brake lights went out and I pulled up to this place with my three young kids and the man in charge asked me what the problem was and I told him and he said he was booked for the day meaning very busy but I think he didn't want to help because he rather make more money then take 15 minutes just to change a light bulb which I would have paid him triple at the time because I was desperate. Just a cold mechanic turning down people like me because of minor problems. I felt powerless and worthless and hope I never go through this again and hope you never experience what I went through with this business. Thank God for O' Reillys down the Street the man Efren was my savoir and I truly recommend going there and never to this place . This type of business should not even be . Hope the better business bureau takes a look or the state and shuts down this place . I recommend a real auto place like pep boys or anything else. Guido is the only person I trust with my car! He does amazing work and is so honest, you will not find another mechanic with more integrity. All around great guy, and he got my car up and running like new! Thanks Guido!

I come from a family of mechanics and so my level of distrust for being ripped off is high. Guido was so beyond helpful. He made sure I contacted my dealership first to check my extended warranty for coverage to see if they could do the work for free. Then when they wouldn't do it, he completed my tune up, oil change, and replaced my ignition coil within 30 minutes. He was very reasonably priced and didn't leave me with a list of work that needed to get done. I'm so happy to find an honest mechanic in this city. Huge relief. Thank Guido!!

Having a trustworthy mechanic is an absolute must. Guido is the best mechanic you could ask for. He will do what it takes to keep your car running well without suggesting unnecessary repairs. He's the best!
