I bought a mattress and bed with very expensive prices ? ? after a few days, the bed frame loses the leg and is broken. I asked them very nicely to help me out, even though if i had to pay extra, I was willing , because my newborn little baby had no bed to sleep. They said be there today or tomorrow. I was waiting for two days even though I called them they never showed up. I had so many experiences in different stores all of them when they see you your situation related with newborn baby, they are willing to help. But in this store, I feel they are cheating or stealing my 1000 USD. I recommend people to make sure that they have a warranty for a long time and check that the bad frame is available underneath. Generally, I don't recommend this store for others

Beautiful couch! Super comfy but firm, and goes perfect with my living room. And amazing service as well. I asked for a couch and got it the very next day. It was brought directly to my living room so no heavy lifting for me! Overall, absolutely satisfied
