Cool store with helpful staff. I was between sizes and the guy (don't recall name) offered to measure about 5 of the smaller size to find the one with the largest shoulder/chest measurements. I wound up with a perfect fit on a waxed cotton jacket. Quite pricy but assuming this jacket holds up with wear, I will be returning for pants, shirts, or whatever I "need" next.

The clothes in here are just gorgeous but what really made our experience awesome was Will. He was so personable and helpful. Never made a fuss when we asked to try a million different things in a million different sizes lol. This has become my hubs favorite store!

I went to this location 5 times. Two of times there was a sign saying they will be back or closed for some reason. The other three, they never acknowledged me even when I was the only one there. Not a hello or can I help you find something. There's also a strong odor in there.

Gotta give all the credit in the world to this cool little spot in Highland Park. Beautiful collection of well constructed clothes with some of the best customer service in the business. Big shout out to Greg for making my first experience here a positive one. Looking forward to more visits in the future!

Absolutely top-notch quality. I've never paid this much for a pair of jeans, but was in the market for a new pair and decided to give this place a shot. The gentleman in the store was very helpful. Before he even probably knew I was seriously considering buying, he took the time to tell me all about the process of creating the jeans and explained to me what set them apart. He recommended two different styles to try on and I bought the one I liked best. The jeans feel great and my SO says they look great. They feel bulletproof - like they will last forever. I've worn them almost daily since. They are pretty much broken in now and feel great. I feel like I'm wearing a work of art. I can't think of any way the craftsmanship and attention to detail could be improved on. I paid more than I would have for a lot of jeans, but I haven't had a moment of buyers remorse. I'm totally sold on this place.

I have two pairs of denim pants and two shirts from Freenote Cloth - all of the items have aged well and get lots of compliments. The fit of the pants are the best that I can find. Their customer service for online purchases was as high quality as their clothing - Freenote Cloth pays attention to details throughout the experience.

Purchased my first pair of Freenote's from a place called Mildblend Supply in Chicago, and fell in love with them. The pair is the Portola Classic Taper Raw Fleck, and have gotten a ton of compliments on the multi-colored flecks in the super dark indigo denim. They've broken in nicely so far as well To make it even better, the team at Freenote gave me excellent customer service when I called in to ask questions about some of the out-of-season pairs. Highly, highly recommend shopping with Freenote
