Great customer service, reasonable rates, although they just changed their way of accepting payments which in truth is a huge inconvenience. Hopefully they will see that their usually the last resort for some of their customers.

I been coming here for years. The place is decent. Not bad, not Good. Parking is usually an issue on a busy hour.I seen different employees here, throughout the years. It is a good company if you want to have only Labially Insurance.The only downside is that you can't have 4 vehicles without 3 Drivers. This policy is something i don't agree or like, Best advice i can provide, Once you get a decent Quote, that you know you can't have it beat, just go for it, because rates/prices change depending on who,when,where it was given. I give it a 4 start due to the fact that i had them for years already. The Prices are very affordable for just liability insurance. The Staff attitude will always vary depending on our approach.

Hello. I was a customer with Fred Loya for 3 years for my car insurance. However, during the Coronavirus pandemic your company was not as loyal to us, customers, as we are to this company. Your website specifies if we are being affected to call and seek assistance, which has proved to me to be false advertisement.l! You guys did not provide me assistance on anything. Still wanted to charge me a late fee and still wanted to cancel my insurance due to me being temporarily out of work because of the pandemic and EDD being severely backed up. I called a total of 10 times all different periods and everyone told me to pay or I get canceled. So I canceled my insurance with you guys. I was so upset to see a Latino business turn their backs on their customers and people. Offering no solution and causing tremendous stress on top of an already bad situation that is out of our control. I would hope this reaches your CE0 Fred Loya! After this I switched to Triple AAA insurance, which has been very understanding and is providing me more in my full coverage price for less money than Fred Loya.

Hi I have Fred Loya my self and if I would of read your guys reviews be for buying this insurance I would not choose it!! A week ago I hit some other car it was a minor hit and the other car had my plates mark on her bumper on the other hand my hood dented and my bumper is dislocated a little!! So the lady I hit said she was fine and that she was not going to involve the insurance after all nothing is wrong with her car!! She calls me that same day of the accident telling me her back was ok and that her truck did not close I told her I did not hit your trunk it was your bumper!! She said she was going to get it checked because it was not closing I'm like ok the next day comes and I get a call from Fred Loya telling me that I had a case open with them I'm like what!! Surely but not she file a claim!! So I give Fred Loya my story of what had happened And send pics of my car and hers!! Took my car to the office to take pics! And they said my damages were only 700.00 and if I find some one that charges more then my deductible witch is 1000.00 and they will reimburse me or send me a check.. so the lady tells them that her back hurts and she's in pain after I told them about the call she made me send them proof that she call and they will pay her for the bumper that nothing is wrong And possibly for her back I was so mad and told them nothing is wrong with her car or her why you going to pay for nothing!! I'm so mad.. today I get a flat tired in the middle of the fwy I call 911 to block the traffic and me be able to get out the fwy after I'm out I'm calling Fred Loya for road assistance and towing my car to my home I call every fucken number on The papers and search it up on line send them messages and all the recording said was to live a message because they were close! I was so mad the fact that I could not get a hold of no one!! I had to pay out of my pocket for my car to get towed to my home because this fuckers don't have a 24 hour assistance! For problems like this so I'm thinking if I was to be in a car accident and my car needs to be towed I will halfto wait till next fucken day till they answer or open this is stupid!! I'm very very disappointed with this insurance and I will call them on Monday and see if they can pay me back for the towing and if they don't I will live them and go with another insurance that actually do take care of you at problems like this!!

Worst insurance ever! Their payment systems sucks and their staff is rude and they don't help you. I tried making a payment online the website was down for the whole day then the next day I call to make the payment and they raised the price by $10 just because due to their fault the payment was late. I tried to explain to them what was going on but they just shoved it away. I explained that I don't have that much money to pay and I only have the original amount. And the agent went off at me saying it was my fault I have to pay because i didn't give the payment before the day I called. I repeatedly told her that their system is down and she kept going in circles saying that it was never down. All in all I am done with this nasty money hungry insurance. I don't recommend it at all!
