Not one complaint. Lamarr was the epitome of professional, attentive, and informative. From our first conversation he was honest and trustworthy. He walked me through the property, explained the process thoroughly, and answered every question I had. In addition to the actual building/apartment itself, Lamarr helped me feel right at home - even after only one visit. Could not recommend The Ruby and its staff more.

Whoever is on the phones at the front desk today was very rude. I called to enquire about a one-bedroom I saw on the website and the man who answered was very short, rude, and frustrated that I called. He was upset thinking I didn’t look at the website, but I did, had a tour booked and was just calling to ask some questions about the property. Very bizarre.

I am very impressed with the customer service and friendly experience I have received so far. I am going through the application and lease process from out of state and their agent Lamarr Waller has gone above and beyond what I would have ever expected, even taking and sending me a video of the unit so I could confidently make the decision to move to The Ruby Hollywood while 2,400 miles away. I am looking forward to residing at the property and I know that the management staff will be a great support while I’m there.

Love this place! The apartments are beautiful, with good space and great views/amenities. Lamarr was an absolute professional in showing us the different available units which really helped us to nail down our decision to move to The Ruby. Thanks Ceci and Lamarr!

I gotta be brutally honest here, I moved in to the building a week ago and been loving it since then. CeCe and Lamar made the whole process super smooth and hassle free. I am very satisfied with whole management team specially CeCe and Lamar, they’re super friendly and welcoming.

Had an appointment for a tour here, got there, the woman we spoke to, Ceci Perricone, said they gave the apartment and they don't have any apartments available anymore. We flew in from San Francisco to see apartments. She could've called to cancel the appointment but instead we were receiving emails and texts reminders. She didn't even say sorry. Rude to waste people's time like that.
