I came into the store a few weeks ago for my 3rd pair of RR shoes/insoles. Rachel helped us out and was extremely friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She gave me multiple good options for shoes and helped me figure out which would suit me best. Although the store was busy she was very attentive and helpful.

Shoe heaven! Anything you don't find at WSS or footlocker you will find here and possibly at a better price! Yes better prices than DSW too ladies! The back to school deals are hot but not all Sandals were on sale and we are entering fall Unfortunately the coupon process has changed to where you have to log into an online account to redeem your rewards. I guess this is more convenient than having it right on your receipt? I also understand people lose them easily so up for dispute.

Cute shoes!!! Reasonable prices the sales people were switched on and let me know about another pair of shoes on my size on sale! They also took the time to talk to me ( engage withe) even the store had other customers I felt special and left with two pairs of flats.

Chicas! This shoe store is the best! They have sister stores and they will check with the other sister stores for sizes of the shoes you love. Their service is outstanding. These are my go to shoe stores for best design and prices. I usually buy multiple pairs on the same visit and be done for the year. I love it.
