Really enjoyed my experience with this laundry service. I love that they pick up and deliver my clothes right to my door. If I have specific washing instructions on certain garments, they cater to that as well. Very happy with Yaselin and her service.

Quick, fast, friendly service conveniently located downtown. Brought in a couple pieces (suit separate, and a tuxedo shirt) and was out the door in seconds. Seems to be reasonably priced compared to other cleaners in the area. To top it off, it's environmentally friendly.

When I called her to see if she was opened she emphatically let me know she was and that she also does pick ups. I set up a pick up time. She let me know she would be at my house in 30 minutes. It’s been 2 hours and she’s stopped answering my calls. Very unprofessional.

The initial service was quite good--everything went perfectly and quickly! The subsequent 5 charges for over $800 that I didn't authorize however.... I called her to complain and she was very nice and said she would call me back but never did. I ended up having to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Honest mistake or fraud? I can't say....

Great customer service, prompt and reliable. My clothing always comes back smelling great and folded! If there are items that require special treatment or hand washing, they always ask first. Couldn’t have asked for a better, more convenient service.

Very bad service! They shrank all my clothes ($1000 worth of clothes ($500+ from dresses)) and refuse to give me a refund! Before I allowed them to wash my Dresses I asked them if they will be using the dryer to dry them or will they be hang drying them. They told me that they will hand wash and hang dry them so I let them take my dresses. Then when they delivered it I found out that not only did they charge me extra (which i was ok with because they told me they hand washed them) they shrank every one of them and not only that but all my clothes! From socks, shirts, jackets, to my dresses. They charged me $3 per dress which totalled $40 so 13 dresses and you know dresses are expensive!) They told me they would refund me some of the cost but when it came time to pay up they refused. Don't waste your time and hard earned money with them! Also they made me pay in cash before receiving our clothes. I think this is not a legitimate business. The person who "hand washed" my clothes was Yaselin. She kept lying to me and telling me that she line dried it and that she will refund my money over text but when it came time for her to refund me my money she refused.*****Update: Jan 6th, 2018Yaselin Bolanos the owner has been harassing me for my bad review through phone calls and text messages and I have now reported it to the police. It's been over a week and she is still trying to harass me, very unprofessional! I have also looked up Laundry Fluff and Fold Service in data.lacity. org under active business in Los Angeles this fluff and fold is not listed which tells me they are not a legitimate business. Which is why they only took cash. Also the if you look up the address you see that it is an apartment complex. She also took down my pictures of proof which I will try to repost. There are so many other fluff and folds that is better than this one to consider! I would not be surprised if the recent good reviews were from her friends or herself.

This service is amazing being a mom and working full time laundry can pile very quickly. Very helpful and less stress I'm happy i found yoselin. She does a great job organizing folding our clothes and it smells amazing ? 5 stars!!!!
