I had questions on towel hooks and they were answered very quickly via email. Additionally, I was given a phone # to call to discuss further and they took my order on the call to address my concerns, offer a solution and expedite the process. Very customer oriented!

I'm in the middle of a bathroom remodel and needed a special floor register quickly. Amazon's delivery timing was too slow so I called the Flooring Supply Shop directly. It was after 4:00 pm and the gentleman that I worked with helped me to determine the correct model and got the order processed in 15 minutes so that it still shipped tonight!! Outstanding service. It was nice to work with someone that cared about my project timeline and not just heading home for the night. I would strongly recommend this company for your flooring needs.

Submitted a request for a quote on a custom heat mat for under my bath tile. Within minutes I received a phone call to discuss my options and was offered a much better (and cheaper) alternative. Very happy with the ordering and design process. Thanks somuch, Matan! Will follow up once installed.

Excellent customer service. I had some difficulty with a specific product that I had ordered. When I notified IFC they immediately responded, resolved the issue and shipped a replacement within days. Very professional, supportive, great follow up w/ all questions or concerns. I would mot hesitate to order form IFC again.

Ordered TileWare hooks for my recent shower remodel, calling for gypsum style mounting. This was unusual enough that I received a phone call to confirm that choice. This level of customer support is unheard of today, but so glad it happened!

I had to order 2 more glass tiles to finish my bathroom. They arrived shattered. Customer service went above and beyond to make sure I received the replacement tiles in a timely matter for my contractor could complete the job. Will post a picture when project complete. Thank you
