Today my son went to buy his second backpack by himself ( the first time we went together) he was so nervous, but the lady that help him, he told me she was very helpful and kind and I would like to say thank you to have a very nice employee!

Their pants quality appears really good for a slightly higher price than normal. I would be willing to pay a little higher for the quality.
