Absolutely shocked by this place. I am NOT A PLUMBER, just a guy with a house who had company coming for the week the same day my water heater blew up. They knew exactly the weird situation I was dealing with, two of them conferred to make sure I was getting the right product, they helped me bring it to my car, and told me I could bring it back if there were any issues when my plumber arrives (as long as the box isn’t destroyed and it hasn’t been installed). Danny was my main person for this and I couldn’t be happier. Will be using Ferguson every time I need plumbing supplies.

I have a very expensive icemaker acquired and installed by ferguson. a few months after installation it began to leak. ferguson is not interested in rectifying the situation.

Our Contractor recommended Ferguson to buy a tankless water heater from. I went to their showroom and the lady had no clue how to help. She sent me to 157 Visa Ave in Pasadena and Nathan helped me to buy exactly what my Contractor said to buy. I came home and talked to 4 different authorized plumbers and it turned out the model I bought had no pump and the water coming out of it may damage my driveway concrete. Every plumber said something different and totally confused me. All plumbers also wanted between $1,400 - $4,000 to install it!! I talked to Nathan and he said to bring it back and he would give me a Navien brand that has a pump and I could also purchase a neutralizer that would resolve the none condensing water issue. He said he has not seen any returns or complains about this model. Nate gave me couple of licensed plumbers name and phone # that purchase materials from them regularly. I called both, one of them said he will install it for me for $600, we are scheduled for the end of this week. Nate also gave me the Contractor's price for the heater. Without Nate, his perfect knowledge of the product and extra, extra help, I was so lost and would have paid much more. Great guy, great attitude, very helpful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It's my favorite branch. All the guys are very friendly and I always help customers on their needs. Miguel the manager almost always in the store and doesn't hesitate to help you if you need any assistance. Very nice person. And when it comes to JC his the best best best.

The employes are always friendly, and they always have what i need in stock and ready for pick up, if not they are always happy to order them.

Alex is so awesome. He is so knowledgeable. I know non about plumbing, I only drew pictures and he understood right away that I didn't need to explain anything. He explained to me of what I needed , what it called and how to do it even though the store didn't have parts that I needed. Thank you so much Alex.

What a headache coming here. I thought Pomona was tough to go to, but this by far is the worst. The employees are awesome and do their job, but!!!! Only 3 guys at the counter, over 12 people waiting to be helped. Shelves aren't stocked, so every little thing is waiting to be pulled from the back. A new system needs to be implemented here. Hire more guys, stock the shelves at night if you have to and have more people at the counter. Time is money!!! A contractor shouldn't have to wait an hour in line just to be helped. This is ridiculous. If the part I needed was anywhere else, I would have left. If Ferguson wasn't our primary vendor, I would have left. Corporate Management needs to stop being cheap and get these guys help. This is far too common occurrence at this location.

Overall good experience. Usually they have 75% of the parts on shelf. But also empty bins. Thats the 25%. But it is what it is.

Worst customer service ever. I really don't like to give bad reviews UNLESS THEY DESERVE IT. Very disappointed... I show up and the first thing I do is I ask if they have a 3/4 drop ear 90, the manager says "yes, grab a number and we'll be right back with you". After waiting 35 minutes in line, I finally get to the counter and spend extra 10 minutes (because Geo said the computer system was very slow) to find out that they don't have any. What a waste of my time. Never ever had a bad experience at a Ferguson plumbing supply before. Btw... I don't think their employees are properly trained. At least not the one who tried to help me. Nothing personal with the guy, don't get me wrong. Maybe I'm just having a bad day

Worst custmer service ever like in all. Fergusons they just waste their time and people are. Waiting at least 15 minutes to get helped even though they are. Just chilling around. every time i have been there there is someone. Who got in fight with them that they don't WORK!!! This is something that management. Should take care of it. Not coming here anymore
