Poor service experience. This dealership will charge you around $250 for each concern you have to check it. Other mechanics will traditionally charge for a full diagnostics of the WHOLE car not each individual concern you have. Again a diagnostic should scan the whole entire car for problems ! This is this particular stores policy. They will try to squeeze you out of all your money in the sneakiest ways beware very scamy. I’m covered by an extended warranty and my issue wasn’t covered my warrant which I understand but the whole experience left a bad taste. Won’t be returning

This has been a bittersweet experience. I thoroughly love my lease and Jonathon Montes has been great. Also Octavio. But I’m a bit disappointed with a few things. First, Peter Lee tried some underhanded tactics that I didn’t appreciate. He tried to question my intelligence and I found that very offensive. Second, right off the lot I discovered that the turn signal doesn’t return to center. It’s been an ordeal to get it corrected. I’m now waiting on the part. I’ve had to drive back and forth, take time off from work, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. I live 15 miles away so it’s been quite an inconvenience on myself and my family. I just feel like the ball has been dropped a few times and I’d like to find a suitable resolution. Its about the little things that matter in regards to securing a customer for life or losing one.

On July 8th 2024, I dropped my car off for an over all diagnostic service at Felix Service center. Angel told me it would take 2 days and he would call me with the results. He never called.
I called him and he said the cam shaft gasket needed repair and he gave me a quote. I oked the repair he told me it would take 2 days and he would call me. He never called. 4 days had passed and I called for an update. I was told it should be ready in a few hours. He finally called me a few hours later and told me the timing belt guide was broken and would cost a few thousand to replace. I asked him about my extended warranty he said he would check to see if I had one. I sent him my sales documents showing that I did opt for the extended warranty. He told me he would start a claim for me. I called him a day later and he told me that my warranty only covered dents and theft. I called to speak with a person in the finance department and she confirmed that I indeed purchased a power train warranty. I asked her to email me the documents with the specifics of it and to also send it to Angel in the service center. I won't bore you guys with all the details but after telling me I didn't have coverage for the repairs they have proceeded to drop a bolt in my engine and make several additional claims to the warranty company related to removing the bolt and now replacing my engine. Angel never keeps his word when he says he's going to call me and as of today, August 23rd 2024, I still don't have me car. Angel told me yesterday it should be ready today and he would call me around 10 or 11am. It's 1:45pm and I've already left one message and no one has called me yet! I'm furious!!!
