Contents of half my package were stolen and bag was repackaged — didn’t realize until I got home and opened it. It was retaped and everything with half of the clothes and the receipt from order missing. Totally defeats the purpose of sending a package to a “secure” holding point like this!! Super shady.

I was very nervous to ship a custom piece of art from my wedding across the country to my home because it can't be replaced, but Itzy walked me through the whole process and made lots of helpful suggestions to ensure my package arrived safely. One of the pieces they needed to make the custom box was out of stock so I didn't actually see them assemble it as it wasn't ready until the next day, but I was impressed by how thoughtfully it had been packaged when it arrived a week later. I've had mixed experiences with FedEx in the past but the staff at this location (and Itzy in particular) go above and beyond. I wouldn't hesitate to trust them with valuable shipments in the future.

They have no way of contacting them at the office to verify that your package has arrived there. No representative will verify any information and they'll give you multiple answers for the same question. Sloppy service, sloppy package handling, this is a place to ensure your package will be destroyed, lost, or returned without notice.

I have been going here since it was Kinko's. Always great service. Sometimes it gets very crowded and busy but I have never been disappointed in the products I have ordered.

There was a line and every employee was helping someone. One woman (Itzy) got through 3 people in the time it took each of the other two to help only one person. I went to Itzy when my turn came. She repackaged what I was shipping to save me a lot of money and by recommending I take a few days longer, Itzy saved me $117.00!!! I was very pleased with her level of service and her saving me so much money!I have been to this Fedex Office Center before, but not in a long time (thanks to Pandemic, and, frankly, Email!). I was a bit apprehensive about going. All of the staff seemed very friendly (Farzad stood out as very helpful in addition to Itzy, who helped me directly). I would definitely go back here again for my shipping needs and, if I needed to do some heavy printing (or oversize!) this looks like a better place than where I had been going before Pandemic.

Joe printed my signage for my wedding -- 36x48 table seating sign and 24x36 welcome sign and he went above and beyond to make sure I had nice clean prints. Farzad helped me pick them up and he let me open them all up and check for quality and then helped me wrap them back up tight like gifts. I appreciate these team members going above and beyond to make my wedding signage a success!

FEDEX has Lost some important documents including my dr. Degree diploma. This is having a great impact in my life. FEDEX will take no responsibility about it. They won’t even assume the cost of issuing new documents? Why do they even have an insurance? Will never again ship anything through them, there are hundreds of other shipping companies out there.

Could not find the business located on Wiltshire Boulevard, in Santa Monica. Parking on the street is usually impossible during the day.
