They don’t scan QR codes here!!! It was so disappointing. So you have to go to a real Fed Ex facility!!!!! Have to park on the street as well!!! Don’t you don’t care about those two things you should be good.

Very unprofessional and rude. When I came to this place, there were 3 young men working. While my partner and I had entered the shop to send a parcel internationally, this one employee was being so condescending to this old man who had broken English.While we continued to wait for our turn, we were waiting for 15 minutes and not even being greeted by the two other employees. But then when a Korean ahjumma lady came into the shop and cut in line to the very front, immediately one of those employees went to her and provided her service.I came here because it was rated 4-4.5 stars on Google, but WOW was I wrong. Aside from the rude and unprofessional employees, the shop also looks a bit shady too. I am pretty sure the high ratings are fake. The prices we were quoted were supposedly "standard fedex rate", but then when I called other fedex shops nearby in Ktown, all the other fedex authorized retailers were consistent in their rates, except for this shop. It makes me think that they try to arbitrage the difference to get more profit.My partner and I decided to leave after their poor customer service and went to the Fedex Retailer on Wilshire (beside the old Arena), and they told us that the Fedex Shipping Form we picked at the old shop was several years outdated.

The staff was friendly, no waiting line. Fast! Little hard to find for first time user. It's on CMC Building C, go to main entrance first floor.
