Customer service was horrible. Store manager Claudia...not polite at all. Fed Ex should really train their people better. How she got to be a manager is beyond me. They had no clue how to even print a label.

Writing this review to give praise to Alfred, manager at this location. I called him with an incredibly last minute, emergency order. He calmly said he could manage it.
I went to the store to wait for the project to be finished, and Alfred stayed a bit after they closed to finish the project. He was incredibly kind, capable, and the only fedex within 10 miles that said they could help me. I really appreciate team work at a chain establishment like this - he didn’t need to take this project on, but he did and I will always go back to this location because of his amazing attitude and work ethic.

Beware - The last pickup for FedEx express at this location 4:30pm NOT 6:00pm as the website says. (I even called and the prerecorded message also says 6:00pm.) When I got there at 5:45pm I was told that because my package was going to the East coast, it couldn't be sent until the next day.

Older lady with hair to her shoulders seemed to be having a bad day. It was like she was mad there was a line and she had to jump in to help. I told her I wanted to ship something out and have it delivered by the 19th this month and she said “when’s that?” And I was caught off guard because what? Just look at your computer and ship dates available?? I said “I don’t know” and she said “well can you look?!”. Not sure how she was so comfortable speaking to a customer just wanting to mail something out like that. I understand customer service is draining but I was polite the entire time. Anyway, I was about to check my phone (luckily I didn’t leave it in the car who knows what she would have said to me) and she must have caught herself being ridiculous because she quickly said “actually we can send it the slowest and it will get there by the 14th 8pm”. LOL. FedEx, please give her more PTO. Might help give her a fresh reset.Such a shame I experienced this because every other time I’ve come in, I’ve been happily helped by all the other workers. Everyone is kinda and helpful. The review is not about the team, it’s solely for her. The rest of the team is great.

Fed-X stores with *printers should have an employee available at all times for many reasons.Long/short my $15 dollars was eaten up fast just printing a paper that came to me all screwed up and it's 45 cents per minute and $1.50 to print.I miss the black guy up front that was always ready to help out.Now there's some of the dumbest people on earth from the uttermost that work there and talk to co-workers all day.This happens every time the minimum wage goes up.

I can't speak for any other employee at this location except for Thomas so that's who this review is for.I came here a couple days before Christmas to ship an expensive and fragile frame across the country. While I knew I couldn't get it there in time for Christmas, Thomas assured me that he would package and ship it like it was his very own. He even packaged it in front of me for my own sanity. He carefully packaged, labeled FRAGILE and shipped my gift which arrived quickly & safely. His customer service was out of this world and he handled the stress of the holiday customers flawlessly. This guy deserves a raise!!!!!!!!!!! THANK YOU THOMAS.

They will steal your package with zero accountability and you will be totally screwed and the declared value is complete waste of time. My package left this station weighing .8lbs with a declared value of $600. I shipped 2day air. I quadruple taped it with clear gorilla tape. It somehow arrived to the Memphis distribution center empty. That can only mean somebody cut the box open and stole the contents and now I have had to spend over 8 hours over the past week dealing with FedEx to try to find the package and file a lost package claim.
