This review is simply to sing John’s praises. As soon as I walked into the door I was greeted by John with a “Hi! Welcome In. How may I help you? I mean come on! I read reviews about this location before I arrived, so I was nervous. JOHN proved the reviews to be outdated.
FedEx if you see this, give John the raise he’s owed!

I've been going to this FedEx Location multiple times over the past year to ship out MANY things for my job. And I can say the Manager Denise keeps the store clean, running smoothly and efficiently. Every person Denise brings in is trained well, she has high standards for the store and for the service she gives every customer that comes in. There have been times where I have brought in a ton of packages and Denise will tag team the task with her other employees to ensure we get it done RIGHT and in a good amount of time. Any time a rush of customers come in I see that she has no stress and is happy, which leads to her team not being stressed out either. I think she is a fantastic leader and if I owned a store I would 1000% want Denise running it. This FedEx location beats all the others I've been to by a long-shot and I believe the difference is because of her and the team she brings in. I highly recommend this location in the Fashion District!

I don’t usually write reviews, but I’ve never received better service at a FedEx before. Denise is the best!! So helpful and nice. It was super busy, but all employees were very attentive to everyone.

the fedex office is open but this location is super hard to find. I walked all around the block until I figured out that it's inside "building c", first floor. you gotta walk inside the building - no street access.

CLOSED. EVEN GONE PERHAPS. Entire building sealed off and under construction. Truly. You won't get in to the building, for it is closed. All of it. Do not bother going. I know Yelp may say it's open. Well it is not. Thank you.

The customer service at this location is disgusting, the employee was rude, telling me I need to put my return in a different box because it was too big but that was the same box the item was shipped in. If I had taped the box, she would not have said that. All these shady business tactics to make customers spend money. I understand why this location was empty at a busy time because your employees are unprofessional and rude. This is why I stick with UPS but the company provides Fedex return label. If your employees are miserable or don’t want to work they shouldn’t be there then. Too bad reviews don’t have 0 stars cause this location is garbage.

this company should definitely file for chapter 11. the most disgusting service or attempt of a service was delivered to me today. and you call your self a delivery company?!? F*** YOU!!! i took the whole day off from both my jobs and stayed at home ALL day. did not go for groceries, did not go for errands, did not go to the beach i did not do anything but stayed home waiting all day to then later check on my tracking status to find out at 5:30pm that my order was "delivery exception" when i called them they said someone was here around 4pm. is that so?!? so i replied that there was no label from fedex at my door, nor the mailbox area, nor the building door itself. i also told i saw 2 trucks today. one fedex agent came inside my building and the other across street. fedex said they would attempt another delivery the next business day. are they out of their delusional minds? how many days off do i have to take in a week or in a month or in a year so they can play games and pretend to be serious about crap they should be experts about??? what a service, right??? over the phone i cursed so much i had to call back to finish canceling the order. and i hope these a-holes use my call for training because they are extremely lucky other delivery companies are not number one YET!

went here rushing hopefully to be there on time. i came in 5:36pm and they're closing at 6:30 so i'm good. exactly when i came here carrying my package to be drop off the lady staff already yelledâ€nope! mmm mmm! you cant drop that here†and i said why she said that i cant use different box other than fedex and i ask if i can use their box so i can repack my package there..they said i have to pay $15 bucks just for the box and said “i would recommend to bubble wrap this for $15†i said nevermind and they said “how about for $7 but its only the boxâ€
