We used this Fed Ex office on Wilshire Blvd to ground ship my son’s moving boxes back to Texas. Ted not only made this process as easy as possible for us, but he also came in on a Saturday and opened up just for us to drop the boxes off. He went above and beyond with his customer service. He made sure to give me the best deal and was very patient with all my questions. He was amazing! If I lived in Los Angeles I would be a loyal customer of this Fed Ex office for life!!
If you ever need Fed Ex, please go here for all your printing and shipping needs; you will be well taken care of.

I am 73 yrs old, thus not very savvy in using Google or Yelp therefore please accept this old fashioned method of informing you that your employee Adam, of FedEx Ship World, gave excellent service + made me feel like an important customer.
His people skills seem very good + his knowledge of the FedEx services seemed excellent also.

I definitely don't recommend this place.Because :
1.they are side parner to USPS and do not control properly process.(I have an emergency document mail ,they told me 3-5days delivery and it was at 10th july .today is 14th July and tracking number doesn't move after 4day)
2. I visited USPS office and price for that delivery is only 83$ with a taxes , however they charge me 168$.so the price for that service is much.
Don't use side partner USPS FedEx if u want delivery on time .
3.they didn't answer on phone call and didn't work Saturday.(USPS have a work time at Saturday) So I can't reach out to solve issues.
