I went in this morning when I entered the store and it looked very clean and organized. I really like knowing that on one side they have plus sizes and on the other they have regular sizes so I don't get lost and I find everything very quickly.

Love coming here to see what cute stuff they have, just feel very uncomfortable when the manager STAYS looking at me while I'm laughing or joking with my sister, it's happened twice already and it's just annoying. Everything else is good tho!

Bad customer service the owner Helen is very rude and unreasonable. I bought one of the stick bras in the wrong size thought it was a C but it was a B and i went to go exchange it less than an hour later and she refused to exchange it claiming it was final sale but didn't acknowledge that to me when I purchased the item. When i explained to her nicely that I had just bought it didn't open it she told me do you no understand what final sale is which was rude and very unprofessional.

The two young girls working were super nice and helpful but the older Asian woman was very rude yelling at me when I asked for help with an item.

I wish I could give 0 starts to a clothing place, I usually have great experiences with fashion Qs however at this location, they are ruthless with their rudeness! I recently purchased an outfit and didn't even up wearing it and it was still in great condition and all I wanted was store credit. It had been 15 days since I've purchased it & the cashier wasn't able to make an exception she said I could speak to the owner and when I went the owner yelled at me and said "it's 14 days" and then she poked my bag and continued to yell at me. I told her don't touch me and she said " I can touch you whatever I want" and I started to walk away then she began yelling at the whole store "14 days 14 days " like a child. She proceeded to follow me and started speaking to her security guard as I was walking out continuously yelling. This lady is ruthless, I understand their policy but I was hoping she'd make an exception considering it had only been one day however she did not an instead began to act like a maniac. Definitely did not feel comfortable here and the way I was treated was unacceptable, who yells at their customers and begin to touch them so aggressively? Definitely will not be coming back here!!

2 stars only because employees here need to show more effort and care for there customers. Manager needs to step it up and let people try on clothes...we're in 2023 almost half way to 2024... I understand about Covid protocols but at least have people try it on before buying. How else are you going to make sells like that? I understand body suits you can't because of the crotch area but at least be considerate for customers to try on clothes that way we don't go back and have that complicated exchange or refund issue. I hope all fashion q's change that policy because it sucks to not even try on clothes. Other than that they have various of clothing for every body type and height. Cute clothes to go out in and for parties.

Cute clothing would be nice if we could try it on. I understand the dressing rooms being closed during covid but its been 3 years.... Still closed. Idk any other fashion q that still has this policy or "masks required" at the door. They have a lot of stuff. I think its overstocked tbh. Cant pull one thing out without everything else coming down with it There isnt enough room for all the clothing racks. It feels like a crowded maze. Went in on a saturday and i had a few outfits picked out. As soon as i walked to the dressing rooms the owner said no no no no closed. So i went to put stuff away. There was a black girl who asked her for help and she was hesitant. The black girl asked very politely too, even said good morning. And the asian ignored her a few times. If you do not like helping people of minority, open your store somewhere else. Do yourself a favor and go to a different fashion q or ivy down the same plaza. They still let you try things on.

I went to exchange a pants and a shirt. So I was changing the clothes for another since they don't do refunds,the lady charged me full price for the new set I wanted and wanted to keep my money from my last cost when I wanted to pay the difference and the security was onto me while shopping and treated me as if I was doing something wrong. They stole me money and didn't want to give me back my old recipets to show them the difference. Costumer service was the worse,A young girl treated me as if I was d*** and literally mocked my language and called me stupid in other words. She kicked me out and the security kept getting into my business with the girl I was talking to and they just wasted my time.

This was the WORST experience. They overcharged me for just doing an exchange. The girl with long brown hair and glasses in the front wasn't doing the math right and was giving attitude said I wasn't doing the math right. I had evidence that she overcharged me and she just didn't care. She started to speak in Spanish and I told her I understand English and she clearly acted as if I was stupid and told my friend " can you explain this to her because she's not understanding" and I did understand she was having her pink nails up on my face and she then ignored me while I was talking to her and told me there was a long line. She said that she wasn't going to deal with this. The security was right behind me didn't respect personal bubble and said I had to leave because of the long line. She was too rude to me and my friends while we were respectful.
