The staff is very friendly and nice, but they don’t cut men’s hair really well. But it’s a good price so if you’re just looking for a decent cut at an affordable price, this is the spot.

Amazing place, lovely and very skilled staff. I really enjoyed getting my brows threaded. Not many places offer this kind of service. And it was quick. The price is good as well.

It was my first time taking my son to this salon, their customer service is so low they are not friendly at all, I told her not to trim my sons ends to much and she proceeded that was very upsetting to me! Do not go to this hair salon they are rude and unprofessional and they are not kid friendly btw.

Worst hair cut I have ever had. Angela did not sit me in the chair to ask me what I wanted and when washing my hair I told her and she just cut it how she wanted. DISASTER! the Salon is clean and nice but she was the worst!

Wish I had found this place before. This is our second time here and now I know why I decided to come back, it's because of the warm welcoming atmosphere that Maral and the staff have created for everyone. Top notch job, 5 star customer service, super clean and fair prices.

Okay, it's Fantastic Sams after all so what can one expect. Haircut, meh. The woman who did it was fast but didn't seem to care and worse, made rude passive aggressive comments about my hair. This happened years ago here but I figured it would be new people as it's been years since I've come here. In short, thanks for the reminder as to why I didn't come back for so long. And please be nice to people getting their haircut. It's not that hard, I always tip. But I left feeling crappy.

Maral was wonderful and this review is long overdue. I was new to the neighborhood and needed a trim badly. I called and she was able to get me right in that day! Not only was she pleasant and careful to trim my long locks in layers without taking off too much length, but she also gave me a curl heat protecting spray to try to keep my beached locks from getting damaged when I use a curling iron. She is beautiful and sweet and she actually really made my day that day! I left so much happier than when I came in and even walked to the Observatory after making a fun video with my newly styled hair flowing in the wind. : )So glad I found this place! Good prices and great cut : )

First time getting haircut here. Miral is great. Described the cut I wanted and she made it happen quickly and perfectly. I just moved here from out of state and needed to find a haircut at a reasonable price. I'll definitely go back to Miral every two weeks.
