Workers standing around and not servicing my car. The guy I got has been standing and drinking his juice staring at me and my wife. I know I came here to get my Tires changed but there’s no reason for me to be here 3 hours and not get service I paid 400$ for. Seriously the people here look and stand around until they’re forced to work? Like they applied and work here so why do they have to be told what to do and when to do it ? It’s embarrassing to see this line on the street and embarrassing that I’m now a part of this. Will never come to this place again due to the wait time. You will see people here in their cars watching movies because that’s how long it takes. I could’ve watched 2 movies with the wait time they’re giving me. They should have a concession stand around here that sells popcorn and drinks if they’re gonna be having wait times like this. You will find better service somewhere else if they’re trying to get your tires quick and done. Don’t come if you’re in a rush because you’ll be here wanting to clock in and do the work yourself.

Tires aren't all that cheap compared to other tire shops. Insurance is wack don't have lifetime insurance like other places. Their line system is not in order cars behind me got serviced before me. And I been here for 2 hrs. Workers just playing around standing around.

Bought 4 supposedly "new" tires in December 2023. It is end of July 2024 and I have replaced 3 so far. Please do not fall for the hype. I wasted $900 with a limited warranty, no options , no help.

This place made me feel embarrassed & upset.
I had a worker by the name of Juan service my car. It started off with him breaking a part of my trunk (the latch) while retrieving the lock for the lugs.
I spoke to the manager about it & he took care of that, said he would order me a new part so let’s hope that’s true.
Once my vehicle was done I walked over to check out my tires. It looked off to me but I truly couldn’t think of what could be the problem. As I was looking I had a group of worker's just looking over and laughing but I came to the assumption of why they were laughing && it was because the worker placed my tires in a offset position. I didn’t know till my co worker explained it to me. They knew what they did wrong & they just laughed it up. I know nothing about cars so that was very embarrassing for me because I felt dumb like I should know these things. Your going to tell me they really didn’t know what they were doing! How do you accidentally put the front tires in back and the back in front !? I had to take my vehicle back so they can fix their “mistake” although I was too embarrassed & upset I sent one of my male friends because I truly did not want to go back there myself. Yet my friend gets there and they apologize to him saying they don’t know how that happened and the guy who did it was a pendejo. I won’t say anything negative of the pricing or wait time but I will say their workers are unprofessional. I hope no other women has to go through this same situation.

I drove all the way here from the Valley because I knew they had great prices and I had to replace all 4 tires. I got there maybe 10 minutes after opening and there was already a line! The line took about an hour, and the actual tire change took maybe 20 min. All the employees were friendly and helpful, as I was a little confused since it was my first time. I had a great experience and I can’t recommend them enough!

I ordered a single tire for my car for a great price I only needed one I bought it on Monday and was told it would get there on Thursday then I get a call the same day to be told they had to outsource because it was somehow out of stock now?? And I ask what day will it be coming now? They say same day Thursday but now I have to pay $20 shipping thats fine its not a big deal except I ask for the day off at work. Thursday comes I call ahead of time thankfully... no tire so I don't get mad tho I'm living paycheck to paycheck. I ask when will it be coming then I'm told following Monday. Monday comes I call no tire...finally I'm told it will come Thursday again. I call Thursday they say call in the afternoon I call at 12 they say it will be there by 3 pm so I go and wait in line I am in middle line they service my car quickly but had to stay an extra 20 minutes because there is not great communication between workers and im stuck behind two cars now. I come and there is a clanking in my car now and my tire light is now on my dad said they probably forgot to take the tag of the tire (he is a mechanic). I will not be coming here again the staff was nice though ? very friendly maybe in the future if I am willing to give a second chance just wanted to be as honest as possible
Update like 1 year and a half later it was some sort of metal piece that was stuck in my wheel payed another location to Remove it from my tire i have no idea what it is..
